I have been wondering which arbitrage betting style will make the bookies limit you faster, is it betting one prematch or live games. and how long is the average duration that my account can last for any of each if you have an idea.

And is there any tips on how to increase the duration of time i can enjoy my account?

Arbing on horses is the fastest way to limits, followed by pre game arbing.
Live arbitrage comes at the end of the list, but eventually you will be limited with this also.

my view, after limited,blocked on 30+ books i'm doing only bet on value without arbing, with much lower stakes to get the same results as arb only,makes account live longer

on the long run you lose constantly, with arbing the other side (exchange, pinnacle) and win with "wrong" and value bets

Live Value betting is the best for account longevity especially if you use a personal filter other people do not bet with.
It is best for account management too. You are not dependent on other softs to close the bet or sharps which may not contain too many events to bet in. Each bookie is a separate business case.
But this requires experience or someone you know to guide you. And a bigger bankroll since its more risky.
Each bookie has its own limitation time and preferences, which is known through experience.
