I'm thinking about starting to cash out bets where the cashout offer is better than the live EV of the bet (using Pinnacle's live de-vigged odds) when I have time (quiet periods where there are few bets)
My main concern is that books will use this activity to profile me as a sharp. Does anyone know whether this is true?

I have 4 accounts, the first one is the one where I used the cash out strategy, then on the next 2 I just used services like BetBurger to find pre-match arbs and they lasted around 2-3 weeks max. on average 7 to 10 per day with bet365, but I dont bet all of them because I can see that the market is going to shift any moment now or I dont see enough liquidity on betfair, but I bet at least 50-60% of the opportunities I manage to find. And this is on average, meaning weekdays can be quite uneventful while most of the arbs come between Friday and Sunday

I am still amazed of the level of misunderstanding the Craft and in particular LIVE-Betting/Arbing as a tool.
All you people have to be is curious and observe, nothing else. Watch the game Chelsea vs LA later. OBSERVE how odds move on Betfair/Exchanges and how Bookies manage their lines. I can guarantee you that you can find an arb (discrepancies between lines) at least 3 times during the first half only. And yes, I am talking just about Match odd line 1/X/2. Odds on Exchange have their OWN logic, most bookies are completely clueless they follow some "models".
And that is not the WHOLE STORY - you don't even need an arb at all. 0% or even -0.5% negative value is enough for the long term profit and account longevity. Spice that with regular cashbacks for losses up to 10% and voila you have 500-800 EUR per month from partially restricted account. At least that is my experience. Unfortunately I got the upper hand pretty bad - for two weeks I got 5 in a row huge wins, so ..... I need some extra documents for the final withdraw. But this is my own account, I don't bother with others.
