What a weekend in Munich at the Allianz Arena for the Champions League Final.

We managed to watch the match from the VIP Skybox, and I have to give a big thank you to the folks at BetInAsia for the invitation and their fantastic hospitality. It was an unforgettable way to experience the game and hang out with some of our forum members in person. It’s always great when our online community becomes reality.





The Skybox crowd leaned heavily pro-Paris, but interestingly, a lot of bets were going on Inter. That’s classic arbing and value betting mentality—sometimes we have to bet against the teams we support. It’s all about the edge!

It was not about the game actually, even though we will remember this game for years. It was a party. A unique experience. Just hearing thousands of people cheering, I wish a had a sound meter with me. BIA offered a great hospitality paying attention to the last detail. Skybox in a venue built for football, hotel, transportation, food, drinks. But above all, meeting with people, exchanging ideas, info and opinions. Making new friends.

I asked BIA to offer something similar for the World Cup final in NY for the summer 2026. They said ''We will see''.
