Is there any bookie left, which is not asking to make a withdrawal by the same method as deposit was made?

For e.g. I want to DEPOSIT from VISA ending ****0577 and WITHDRAW to MasterCard card or any e-wallet ?

They should. I have lost, damaged several credit cards. But u might give them some proof otherwise they suspect you doing some dirty things...

If it's not necessary or an accident like in above mentioned cases why would you do it? It's like volunteering yourself into their radar.

Everyone has different bank roll management strategies. For e.g. i like to dedicate some money each month for betting. I'm am doing that from card where are savings. All winnings I would to trasfer to another card, which I'm using for daily expenses. That's why I'm looking for non-sticky bookie.
