I am glued to the screen whenever there is a update on the crypto/stock market. Definitely the most interesting topics for me personally
So yes, move it to a higher level.
appreciate it.
Keep up the good work

Words cannot describe the appreciation I have for your work and your willingness to share. I would love to contribute to the debate, but so far it is out of my league. Yes, if possible, please continue ...

Another thing I would like you to comment about is the following.
Google is penalising us for this content as it detects gambling and investing at the same time, and this is not good SEO wise.
In addition, whenever we post something about cryptos in Twitter, we immediately lose followers.
There are members of the forum (i.e Balls of steel) saying this should remain a pure gambling related forum and all investing content should be removed/avoided.
If we move the investing/crypto content to another website this will come with additional cost and time loss.
Opinions please.

Re: Would you like more content in cryptos and stock market? Discussion.
When i was newbie, i read everything about betting like there are no tomorrow. Right now, there is almost nothing that can surprise me in the betting industry. Of course, i still paying attention to everything going on. But i need new challenges in this sphere. I really want to know how to beat new markets, or other related business.
As well, i think that we should open the forum a little bit, step by step, to discuss geopolitical things, from a business point of view. For example, about the Chinese and Russian threat to the west. Or about the soreveign debts in Southern Europe, that can crash south economies (Greece, Spain, Italy and Portugal), and can put Euro at a very high risk of collapse. What will happen if the dollar ceases to be the currency of exchange worldwide? There is a return to commodities and the real economy as opposed to the financial economy that rules our lives and that nobody understands?
All the money won in bets is useless if the euro collapses tomorrow. This forum should not only serve for its members to get rich, but also for them to maintain their wealth.
It is difficult to change. And it is more difficult to take a forum like this, towards spheres that are not governed by the accuracy and rigidity of numbers and mathematical calculations. But if we have a small 1% of the forum dedicated to this area, i am sure that a lot of people will like it, and the forum will not lose its essence.

I don’t remember myself being so exited reading your post about crypto market than any other post. So I hope that we will move to a higher level….

Would it help SEO wise if you protect the investing/crypto section of the forum with a password?arbusers wrote: ↑Thu Aug 18, 2022 9:06 amAnother thing I would like you to comment about is the following.

We tried several solutions including the one you suggested. Unfortunately when we migrated from SMF to phpBB we didn't anticipate something like this. As a result when we activate a password system for certain parts of the forum it goes down very often causing an even greater SEO damage.

Out of 10.000 members, only 8 (eight) found this stock market and crypto content as interesting. That says a lot to me. Balls of Steele is right.
I would also like to mention something else. A week ago I received a message from a very old timer of the forum to thank me for these posts. He then asked for a way to get these posts in his email in an automatic way. The guy is not ready to visit our forum even once per week let's say. He simply wants the text in his email and then f.ck off arbusers.

Personally, i think you are taking it too far. Like you said most people just switched from arbing and this forum is 90 percent about it. Sometimes it is just one person here or 2 or 3 unlike when you had like 800s like a chat room.
Also the post can be omitted if someone didnt check in after 4 or 5 days which is a normal thing now.
For me, i think taking about Stocks, investment and Crypto might affect your google rating but it will in turn boost the member interaction and that will draw much people and actions.
These days arbing is not such a wonderful topics anymore except when we have to discuss our problems with bookies. No one wants to share their ideas anymore.
So i think stocks and cryptos will help but maybe i am wrong somewhere

It was time. And since you present your self in various posts as an anticommunist, I presume that you are a capitalist. Then you already know Adam Smith's theory about capitalism and the invincible hand. In your case, the invincible hand is the lack of interest for these topics.
Arbing/Valu betting anyone?
