Considering that the citibet issues are not not yet fixed and it´s been weeks does that mean that the shark tool issues will remain for that long aswell ?
I´m aware it might be a different issue but it would be interesting to know.

Yeah been waiting over two weeks now for Citibet to be fixed. They just told me that it's not possible to withdraw my money via bankwire (They convert from HKD and send me the Euros) which I did literally two weeks ago. So because I'm aussie i have to eat 4% Neteller exchange fee on a considerable sum of money. I just wish their bitcoin rate were more competitive, they literally take 5% off the market rate whereas their fiat currency exchange rates are fine... If they changed it then a lot more people would use bitcoin for deposit and withdrawal making their business easier
