Bwin is not the company that used to be. In the past, you could bet a decent amount of money and payouts were very fast without many questions. Things have changed a lot from the past and the new reality is that a Bwin withdrawal is not an easy task. Let's start from the beginning, the registration process.
When you want to create an account in Bwin you do the usual stuff as in every other bookie (name, surname, birth date etc). After finishing with the boring stuff you must send 2 photos of your ID card (front and back). If your ID card doesn’t have your home address, you must send a document that verifies your home address (a bank statement, utility bill or whatever government document that has your name and address on the same page).
After sending these documents your account is verified and you are ready to deposit. Bwin offers a lot of deposit methods and the deposit process is super easy and straightforward. Let's say that you made your first deposit of 100 euro, place all of them in one bet and you win 100 euro. So now your total balance is 200 euro. If you do that, there is an 80% chance that you will get limited after your first bet. This means that your journey with the Bwin withdrawal process has already started.
At first, you will go to request the withdrawal within the Bwin dashboard. After probably 1 day you will receive an email saying that in order to complete your withdrawal they must send you a letter to your home address, receive it and put the code that is inside it to your Bwin verification dashboard. Sometimes the letter never arrives and you must request a new one. In order to be able to make a Bwin withdrawal, it is very possible that they will try to contact you via phone and if you don’t answer for whatever reason, they will not process your withdrawal request until they will contact you on phone first. They never mention that on their website but I have experienced this issue a lot of times with a lot of my friends that played there.
One more thing to consider is that if you want to make a Bwin withdrawal via debit card, you must send them a photo of your card, displaying the first 6 and last 4 digits. As you can see, the Bwin withdrawal process is never the same for every customer, that is why it is very frustrating. One day you think that you have finished the verification process and the other day they are asking you for a new document. Once, I had a friend of mine who in order to complete a Bwin withdrawal, he send his ID card, a utility bill, the code of the letter that they sent him, he answered their call, a photo of his debit card, 1 selfie with his face next to his ID card and a document stating that he is the only owner of the Bwin betting account. The whole process took him 1 month and when he took his money, he never deposited it again.
The bwin withdrawal process is one the weirdest process that I have encountered in the whole betting industry. I hope you found this article helpful. Take care everyone.

It did already happen to me... they will ask you for copy of your ID, photo of you holding your ID, your utility bill or other proof of your adress, copy of your bank statment and credit card. Once you send them all this, they most likely unlock your account in few weeks ,but you are able to withdraw money to your bank only.
Bwin is not any good , they limit you very soon in less then 2-3weeks once they find out you are arber or in worst case they close your account and require many informations... Just skip to other bookmaker. Bwin used to be good in past.

What did I do?
except i took from them some money, nothing else in real. Ok maybe I threaten them with forums where i will say what they are doing, but thats all.
Comen tnx for your reply, and i know we need to skip Bwin, but now situation is like this.
As they stole my money, because this is robbery, what can I do now? Is there some organization where i can get some advice?

so should we be avoiding BWIN?
I also read that they charge 3% for withdrawals via Skrill? Can someone confirm this?
Do they also void settled bets if they suspect you're an arber?
