« on: October 13, 2011, 02:25:53 PM »

Please could you guys help me to detamine if this bet was settled properly on tennis match between these players.

S. Giraldo VS  K. Nishikori. The handicap was S. Giraldo +1.5,  K. Nishikori -1.5

The outcome was S. Giraldo 6, 6, 3   K. Nishikori 7, 4, 6

I bet on K. Nishikori -1.5  and I lost .

How did I loose, if add  K. Nishikori 7+4+6 =17 while  K. Nishikori score is 6+6+3 =15

Nishikori 17-15  = 2

Please your help is highly need  before I can contact the bookie.

It dose not say anything at the bookie . this is all it says Santiago Giraldo (COL) v Kei Nishikori (JPN)
Kei Nishikori (JPN)-1.5 @ 3.17.   maybe it is set bet the bookie is 188bet.

Thanks.

The odds for Nishikori -1.5 games where around EVENS, so this was obviously a -1.5 sets handicap bet.

Arbing on tennis can be dangerous, but if you read the T&C's per bookmakers properly, you can make decent arbs between a couple of bookies. For example VC, SJ and WillHill have the same rules. Except for SBO, all the bookmakers I play with, around 25, have the same rules according to set betting / set handicap betting, as far as I know.

What is so special with SBO sets rules? They void if match is not completed like other bookies.

SBO has the 12hours rule. I didn't knew that it doesn't apply for tennis.

''22.4 The 12 Hours Rule does not apply to Tennis betting''

@roald

Hi, could you give the list of the 25 bookies you're speaking about ? It would spare time and money for a lot of people in here, and it would cost you only a few minutes ;)
Thank you in advance  :)
