Hello i have recieved this msg from skrill

Me and a few of my friends have recieved this email after asking that why we clound t make any transacton with our accs on skrill.
Also i dont know at all that email that the are saying what relationship do i have.Neither i have sent or recieved funds from that email.Anyone else happened this?
