888 charges for deposits
« on: January 10, 2017, 11:19:20 PM »

Hello everybody! My usual currency is the Euro, and my favourite payment method,
I just managed to set up my 888.com, from Southamerica.  Neteller. I always choose euros as my currency when I sign up, but when I deposit, they always tell me they'll discount the equivalent amount of my deposit in USD. That's fine.
The problem is that they charge me around a 10% of my deposit, i guess for currency change. Imagine the size of the cut when you deposit big numbers.
It seem to be a standard procedure with 888.com, and calling them didn't solve anything.
Anybody knows any way to avoid this??

Hi,
It happened the same thing to me, i moved to south america but still using euros.
I had to create a new account, since my old was suspended due to recent gambling law in my home country.
After my first deposit, i saw they had cut a part of the deposit so i contact their live support.
The girl on support told me some field (i dont remember which) was marked as USD and she only had to change it for things to get normal. Now deposits are fine again.
Hope it helps!
