Hey Everyone,
Thank you in advance for your time and sharing your expertise.
I live in Canada and have come to realize that arbing will be too difficult to make really serious money.
Since the e-wallets won't allow me to make bets to online bookies/exchanges. I've contacted Skrill and Neteller; both confirmed this. I've also spoken to a few members here and it seems too tough to do.
As I've modified my expectations for arbing, is it possible to use only Premium Tradings to find arbs?
They've got Pinnacle, Betfair, Betdaq, Matchbook, among others...
So... hypothetically
If I had $10,000 and wanted to place 10 bets/arbs a week with these exchanges through PT, could I find 10 arbs at 2.5-3.5% and at least make a little bit of extra money?
I'm hoping if each bet was a 3% arb, x 10 bets (at $1000 each) per week is $30 x 10 = $300 per week
Is this possible??
Again, thank you kindly.

Re: Arbing while using only Premium Tradings
Not possible IMO, you need soft books to find most arbs, all the books Premium Tradings offer are sharp and their odds will be similar.

Impossible! Without bots you'll find a very hard time getting a 0.1% arb between sharps and exchanges no way your going to find 3%.
If you are limited to sharps and exchanges then you could try value betting.

Re: Arbing while using only Premium Tradings
Why exactly can you use only sharps and exchanges? if you can make bets with sharps, whats to stop you from making bets with others?
I'm Canadian (but living in Australia ATM) and I thought that most online overseas bookies were happy to accept Canadian customers.
If Skrill or other ewallets are the problem, use a CC or Visa debit card? Not ideal I know but surely better than nothing?
I'm genuinely curious as I will eventually be moving back to Canada, and would like to arb there! (Haven't started yet, just reading up on things)

Ghost,
I've considered using a visa debit in USD for trading but I'm not sure how slow it would be.
I've read that ecopayz does work for Canadians (as of now)
Regarding PT, I've spoken to them and I don't think their Goal tool is suitable for live trading since it's not fast enough.
PT is great for Canadians who want access to the big exchanges all in one place.
I just don't know how successful a Canadian can be at arbitrage given the following:
1. Using PT or a broker for the sharp books
2. Using visa debit instead of an e-wallet
3. Not having access to all soft books
Does anyone know how likely success is given these circumstances?
Thanks again!!
