Dear okakabukaka,

We have looked into your case with the Security Department one more time to guarantee your case is reviewed thoroughly and properly. As per the information from the Security Department, you have violated the Terms & Conditions of the Company, specifically the multiple account usage. Your account ID 4580609 was limited and after that you have created an account ID 631094617 with the same data as your original account, which is a literal definition of the multiple account usage, that is strictly forbidden by the Company.

As per the Terms & Conditions:
2. 26. Each registered customer may have only one account. Customers may register only one account per family, address, e-mail address, IP address, credit/debit card, e-wallet or electronic payment method. Persons otherwise associated with a customer will not be allowed to register on the website.

2. 27. No registered customer may be re-registered as a new customer (under a new name, with a new email address, etc.).

We have also received the confirmation from the Security Department that the full amount of the sum of your deposits was paid out to you via your withdrawals, which means that the Company has fulfilled it's obligation to you, as stated in the Terms & Conditions:

2.30. 1xBet Bookmaker Company has the right to cancel all winnings and refund the balance from your main and duplicate accounts.

The decision on the accounts, which violated the aforementioned terms, such as yours, is final and non-negotiable.

Busted.
I had 1xbet account like 4 years ago, and when they limited to 4€ stake on horseracing I withdraw the balance, it took one month sending prints of e wallet and selfie with your mail opened my computer screen, I think thats too much but you have paid after long weeks of conversation asking for so much things.
Stay away from 1xbet or use them low stakes withdrawing winnings everyday.
1xbet will try to delay you if they have limited your account for winning, be prepared for weeks to receive the money.
Thats real, happened with me

Hello, Miguel!

The verification procedure is standard for any betting company. The verification exist for the security of your account. We need to be sure that the owner of the account withdraws their funds. If we understand correctly from your insight, you have completed the verification process and withdrew your amount successfully. If the user doesn't violate the Terms & Conditions of the Company, the account will not be blocked

Best regards,

True 1xbet the remain balance after one month of emails and prints, standard procedure?
i have withdrawn plenty of times before I got bets limit to 4€, and the timeframe 1xbet withdrawals was less than 1 day….after I got limits on wagering to 4€, that last remaining balance took 1 month to get paid…if that was standard why the other withdrawals before the limitations was fast?
i’m warning people, stay away from 1xbet or if you want to use them, use low bankroll, 1xbet don,t like winners, they have pretty generous odds but after sometime you got limited and a nightmare to get the bankroll left.
Stay away

Dear Miguel,

The process of the withdrawal is not the same as the verification process, they are not to be compared time-wise. As per the Terms & Conditions, the Security Department has up to 72 hours to review the document provided for the verification and there may be a couple of documents needed for the verification. As we understand from your aforementioned information, you have successfully completed the verification process and withdrawn your amount. If there's anything more that you are struggling with regarding your own 1xBet account, please let us know so that we could assist you.

Crazy how this is happening to so many people and they are still getting away with it. Has anyone thought of suing them? This is unacceptable. Damages your mental health and sleeps in addition to losing money you won. Like I totally would accept losing when gambling, but I can't gamble, win, celebrate the win, only for the betting company to literally steal my money. Their generic message drives you crazy and don't even bother of contacting them because they won't help!! It's same with everyone. It will work, till you win big, then they block your withdrawals and ask you for crazy verification to which they would never respond.

Suing? Face the truth, most of cases are about delaying KYC for months, years and you cant do anything about it. There isnt a time frame, in T&C or anywhere they should complete KYC or verification. So they can delay verification for years and you cant do anything about it. Glitch in a system. Even if they close your account do you imagine how costly and time consuming would be sue them, with no guarantee you're gonna win? If you decide to bet with them its your own fault that you didnt research properly before or you decided to bet with them accepting the risk. Calculating pros and cons there is no point suing them.

Dear Grant,

Thank you for sharing your opinion. However please have in mind that thousands of users complete the verification process successfully on the daily basis. If the user correctly provides the documents, that are asked of them, and the user did not breach or violate the Terms & Conditions, that they agreed upon when completing the registration, they will successfully complete this process, will be able to withdraw the winnings and continue using their account without any struggles.

If there' are any questions upon the verification process, the users can contact us and we will assist them as soon as possible with whatever they're facing at the moment.
