All mached bets will be honored , but must have information from betfair delivered to them.

I have problem with sport account 21bet. My withdraw on skrill is still pending since one week. Today I sent email to customer service, but I didn't get any answer. My account is limited to 0. I spoke in live chat, but someone told me that 21bet have some problems, that's all. Maybe someone could help me what to do. Thank you in advance.

Its very very nice for machbook  , so tranfer back half of my balance to exchange (very easy with online chat)  other half still pending for skrill withdrawal  after 2 days and some ... its litle more than normall, hope all will be good there too finaly.

I have also pending skill withdraw for 2 days.
Are there a forum members who’s get the money from 21bet?

They were paying normaly sportsbook balance  ,  i withdrawal too some days after the problem .

Now they have made exchange balance free too , i think some others like manos said were paid.

Only problem so far is adam (seems a bit special case because of limit too)  and the small delay , still understandable because we all did it the same time i supose ...they seem active enough .. will see soon.

it's seem very slow and has not a decent refresh rate of the odds

I find it fast and seems stable , but still VERY MINIMAL,  they will sure add basic things like some mising odds and option to change your pending bet.

Its not betfair, i wish they are ok in paying and went back there , but with word cup coming  with its limited games and  big bettng,  machbook seems very interesting option to have.
Some lower commition there too will sure make it even better.

Corect myself,  its has many problems to be really usable... works ok if you just bet  a fixed odd, not if you put a bet to  be mached.

Before anything else, we should make sure that exchange players are free to withdraw their balances back to their e-wallets. Please dont widen the subject of this thread. Once again I would like to have your reports about payments from their exchange. So far we have seen the OP getting paid but no other member reported a payment.

They did not even transfer funds from exchange to the main balance. Today at noon, they wrote to wait for the email and for now nothing.

Same here. They still haven't move my balance to main wallet yet and just asked me to wait, and no ETA

It is not. I wrote on livechat. They answered:
"We have transferred this matter over to the Payments Department. Once they have looked into your query we will email you with an update."

Hmm this has changed  ...  and  i had just tranfered some  money back to exchange, so i guess i will have the same issue now.

By the way, exchange is  buggy if you lay or have unmached bets or partially mached (for example event ended , settled, and one unmached bet still there) so better stay away .

And somethng unexpected, i see commition is calculated by winning MARKET and not winnng bet as they say !!! , plus 0% for weekend ...  sad this was too good to be true.

Forget 21bet, I know that in this industry there is not too much ethic, and I try to stay away from bookies that do not meet a minimum. This is one, my experience with them says so. We take advantage of the new user's promotion and thanks and goodbye. And Asian Connect  has 9wickets and Orbit!
