Same situation here.Pending withdrawal 2800 euros since 18 May. Their chat reported technical difficulties as excuse for the delay also . 21bet username:koulkos.

You do understand guys that my effort is to push all exchange withdrawals for referred by arbusers members.
Some people are reporting pending withdrawals from their sportsbook or have issues of a different nature.
I m in contact with all referred by arbusers members and my feeling is that only 1 or 2 of them are waiting for withdrawals. I m pushing every day.

My history is the same as yours. I am also still waiting almost month, they keep saying the same excuses. Today I got another promiss that probably next week all will be done succesfuly, but not warranty. I'm really wonder when it will finish and if it wil be really realized.

Waiting since beginning of May lower four figures. They always reply about technical difficulties with processing withdrawals.

Today i logged in with their new platform and i suprisingly saw my requested withdrawal 2800 euros since 18 may had been returned to my account. I had to make the request again. I am also afraid if they will ask again verification from customers having in mind to avoid or to delay payments. Chat told me they will not .See what happens but certainly a great frustration for customers still having big balances there. I hope admin still have some touch with someone from their stuff and push again to get our money all arbusers members at least .

I currently have 2 referred by arbusers members of their exchange and pushing for them on a daily basis. The quality of contact that I have is not the one that I would like to have, as I feel our influence, or their ability to pay, goes down.

Good news, at least for me, I got my money today.
I sum up my story for you:
I was using only the Exchange, when 21bet moved to the new Exchange and after an evaluation period of a couple of weeks for the new one, I decided to quit it.
So I made a withdrawal request for all my balance, approx.2.700 Euros to my Skrill account on 10 of May.
I followed it up with mail reminders every week.
They always answered about technical problems and suggested I should be patient.
They changed their platform on 14 of June and cancelled all pending withdrawals.
I had to reregister and I had to make a new deposit in order to request withdrawal, so I did.
After a couple of days, I sent them a mail in formal language with complaints and informing them that I intend to take legal actions against them.
They again answered about technical problems but they suggested to transfer the funds to a bank account of mine.
I accepted and sent them my bank details and they made the transfer.
After just one working day I received the money.

So frustrated my withdrawal of 2,586.73 euros is still pending after two months. They just ignore my email and reply with the same (technical issue) excuse again and again in their live chat support. Any help from Arbusers?
