With 2  betting agents too because i afraid of that also ,  always withdraw 50% of winings so really never play with my starting money for long, and hope for best.

Look at the services that are advertised here. For years the only bookmaker being advertised is SBObet. If you are indeed an arber you definitely know the value of betfair. 21bet and every other betfair clone is a must if you wanna stay alive in arbing. Could you deny it? do you think that liquidity of the nex exchange platform of 21bet will rise up? at the moment is very poor and absolutely is not comparable with the previous powered by betfair.

It's been 2 weeks since 21Bet exchange went down and 1 week since it moved to a new site (powered by Matchbook). Is there any update when we can withdraw money?

Matchbook cant be compared with betfair... but it has some of its own advantages.

By the way, does the exchange still  work ? i have received some advertising of it with mail now , and its sort or reasuring that there are money in and things will be fixed soon

I personaly cant check because or "wrong credentials" problem that hasnt been solved,  and now it doest even say that when i try to login

As neopas correctly implied, migration from one exchange to another has no importance right now. What is important is access to balances and then the player will decide what is best to do.
Recently we have encountered another situation with a betfair clone through an agent where money was locked for a long period (not sure but could be 1 and a half months). In the end money was safely returned to the owners but I noticed the slow responsiveness of the clone in order to return funds. I m afraid this situation could take longer for 21bet exchange players.

Smaller incresement of odds, so is some cases you can find or ask litle better price than betfair and sometimes mached...

I cant check now because not working on me.  but  2-3 years ago this was working enought times.

- It has been a complicated migration to the new Matchbook powered 21Bet Exchange and this has negatively affected a range of functions on the new site. However, I've had an update from our payments team that ALL players will be able to make withdrawals from their Exchange account from 10am GMT tomorrow (Wednesday 9th May) - to do so, please contact our Customer Support team on live chat who will be able to walk you through the steps required.

One step at a time please.
As 21Bet will be paying players tomorrow, I would like to see your reports guys about how your withdrawals were conducted. Already some members are reporting payments in public or via pms. Then we will focus once again on pending bets.
For now, the important thing is access to balances from all players.
