Hello guys,
can someone tell me from which European country are accesible the most soft bookmakers? Which country would be the best for valuebetting no matter the living costs, level of living etc. Only by value betting and access to bookmakers point of view.
From my research Austria is good.
Does anyone has another ideas? thanks

If you want a country that is accepted by almost all bookies than definitely UK. But the golden goose may be in the least expected country. Local people would help so you can go in a country where you know some people.

in the past shops were great, not any more, now a waste of time, as for having soft online bookmakers? yes of course
but with "responsible gambling" requirements from the bookmakers severely tightened and more legislation from the UK
government to come later this year, UK is going from arbing heaven to arbing hell.
no one should move to the UK for arbing/gambling purposes only as you're too late, the good days and they were good days are gone.

Colombia is not a really good country for arbing, because they have a strong regulation and limits very fast with poor winnings.
I´m from Chile by the way and in a few moths I want arbing, we don´t have regulation but its not ilegal ....its your problem. We have acces to a big list of bookies .com.

But people used mirror sites for all the softies anyway, so it was never really a problem.
Logistically it's a great for Gambling. I had dealings with IRS, but if you describe the process of betting and moving your money around, they will be cool. Speaking from a local's POV tho, so keep that in mind.
I myself wanted to move elsewhere, because i'd like a change of pace as well. I was thinking Colombia or somewhere else in South America, so if there is anyone from there, please elaborate on the situation a little bit. I was thinking of contacting ''campeones'', as i know he is from Colombia, but i think it's against the rules. Mate, if you see this, i'd really appreciate some input on the matter

Re: Best country to migrate to in order to become a professional gambler
I am thinking very seriously about the solution of Bulgaria, because in the country where I live they are not allowed to play on brokers. Because i have no idea i want to ask some questions . Are betting brokers legal (have permission from the Bulgarian Gambing committee) ? If i transfer (for example) 50.000 euro to Bulgarian banks from them will have problem or will have additional controls by the tax office about the source of revenue ?Jouban wrote: In Bulgaria there are no taxes on Gambling winnings and there is access to the brokers. I don't know what country you're from but you might have problems even opening a bank account without a job/pension there. Surely they will question you for a 50K transaction (this kind of transaction I'm quite sure will trig checks from the authorities of your country as well)

Brokers don't have permission from the Bulgarian Gambling comitee (but there are no legal consequences last time I checked).Cenamoli wrote:I am thinking very seriously about the solution of Bulgaria, because in the country where I live they are not allowed to play on brokers. Is virtual migration possible? Can you rent a cheap residence address with legal proof of address?

Re: Best country to migrate to in order to become a professional gambler
Thanks for your reply. Ι live now in Greece (too close to Bulgaria ). I understand that brokers are ''grey'' market until now , that's why i was interested to move in Sofia for example , because in Greece brokers not allowed.I think that open a bank account will not be a serious problem . Υou are right about 50k transaction , but if i will split it to 3-4 K transaction each time for example ? For this way I will avoid big transactions and I believe that I will not cause any trouble with tax authorities . What is your opinion ?? Also any other '' friendly'' country near to Greece for agents ??Blackoutt777 wrote:Brokers don't have permission from the Bulgarian Gambling comitee (but there are no legal consequences last time I checked).Cenamoli wrote:I am thinking very seriously about the solution of Bulgaria, because in the country where I live they are not allowed to play on brokers. Re: Best country to migrate to in order to become a professional gambler
I think Curaçao would be a great shout: it's a gambler's paradise, most of the brokers/agents are licensed by the Curaçao betting agency, the IT infrastructure is really good (it used to be better then it is in the Netherlands), gambling taxes are non-existent and the weather is beautiful year-round! Only thing I don't know about is the immigration process, 'cause personally I wouldn't have to go through that because I live in the same Kingdom as Curaçao..

Re: Best country to migrate to in order to become a professional gambler
I believe that with proper cooperation from a local, will certainly find opportunities for former Yugoslav countries and certainly in Eastern European countries.(Ukraine , Moldova etc.) . In Greece for example ,it needs bureaucracy otherwise it is not something difficult, because you have to look (on paper) that you have a house to live . I will search it better and if i find something , i will give more details about Greece . But ''Virtual migration'' is a very nice option .KillemAll_AA wrote: Is virtual migration possible? In case you are not aware, curacao residents can't bet at all at curacao booksBlsht-sb wrote: I think Curaçao would be a great shout: it's a gambler's paradise, most of the brokers/agents are licensed by the Curaçao betting agency, the IT infrastructure is really good (it used to be better then it is in the Netherlands), gambling taxes are non-existent and the weather is beautiful year-round! I couldn't find any actual law texts online, so I figured they'd allow it, but I stand corrected.
Thanks for the info, Apoel!

The Curacao license strictly forbids the following countries Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao, France, The Netherlands, Saba, Statia, St. Maarten, Singapore, USA. All other countries are fair game
