I open a PS3838 account the 10/02/2021 (xxxx) and you change to (xxxx) the 30/07/2022.This one use Pinnacle odds but at lower odds so i don't use. I ask you to have normal odds, but  I did not have any answer from you. All others brokers have normal odds so i can't play with shit odds, seems logical.
I ask a withdraw recently and you told me i must turnover 3X. I don't see this rule on your conditions :

Yes, you understand well for the transfert account.
I do the turnover on the first account, i don't use the new one because they marge odds 2% more than others Ps3838/Pinnacle (1.87 = 1.83 in memory).
They don't answer me why "unusual betting", i never do something wrong so it's just an excuse... Answer is "internal decision".
I play on little market and this first account had x2 limit compared to AC and ohers (128€ when 64€ on AC/PT...) so it was very good for me and i took the risk to make business with them but it was an error, not enough safe, the proof...

When i explain i play enough they say :

I play @1.85/1.9 so change not too much, TO is still reach so why don't pay!?

Anyway they add one more rules. Never told me these rules last month... So it will be without end? How can i do? Can i trust them to pay me one day?
Now it's not 7K blocked but 9K...
