I offered to go to their head office in Stoke with ID documents but of course just got a copy and paste response. And even if I did do it they wouldn't let me in the building, would call security / police etc and I would end up in a worse place than I am now.
However I will not back down from this. I have almost exhausted all non legal methods of complaint (SBR, ibas, UKGC etc) and so will call a solicitor to take them to court if needs be. Also considering using money claim online, not sure if anyone has any experience with this?
forgive me doubledavis if you have posted you have already done this, have you used Ibas? their letter says that
you should do this, how can it be possible for ibas to rule in their favour in this case? of course if there is
something you are not telling us? I don't think so, so if you go to Ibas, then if you fail go to court, no court
in the land will rule in B365's favour with the story you have given us and will make ibas look impotent, for that
reason Ibas will not rule in B365's favour, in my opinion going to Ibas should get you your funds.
a very scary story, good luck with it, for you and for all arbers
Doubledavis, you must go to Ibas, forget what you think about them
