In their message they say withdraw via skrill and neteller will be available for a short period so if they write it in a proper manner should mean it is not a technical problem. Otherwise they would have said it is temporarily not available or so.

But someone should check if this message is being sent only to limited accounts or to unlimited accounts as well. Maybe this is just the new way to block the account.

There are rumors saying that Bet365 is pressing PaySafe for lower fees. This has nothing to do with tackling smart gamblers, arbers, and multi-accounting.
