I'm not completely sure these calculators consider my example though, The Betfair offer is that any LOSSES at BF would be returned, so I somehow need to consider stakes on each side of the matched bet so I profit regardless if the stake actually is returned or not. The second calculator (part 2) from the first link almost works.
I mean. It assumes a bookmaker gives you a free bet, and you lay on the exchange.
In your case it's the exchange that gives you the free bet, so the commission is calculated on the wrong side on this calculator (maybe you can work it out, I didn't try a lot)
But you can simply write a few formulas in an excel to calculate the profit on both bets and just try some numbers until you get the right stake.
I'll send you a very basic one if you want.
