I've just reported same to their customer support.
Sadly every weekend there is a new bug

and ofc saturday and sunday customer staff is alway off so bug will be fixed on mondays :DD

yes they are out for a party with our money over the weekend when we need software performance and possibly timely assistance most. everything is fine

however, those who have been doing this "job" for a long time know it .... if you wait for Saturday to work, also expect that everything works shit on this day, including betting sites. We must arrive at the weekend with the work already done.

Those are valid points from pkpunter and Camma23. They upgraded their servers some years ago, but still these bugs appear on a regular basis. This is a list of nuisances that appear now and then:

• Temporarily out of service.

• Bookie logos disappear.

• Bookie list gets reset (and you have to apply your filter again).

• Odds from certain bookies get stuck for hours piling up as outdated arbs or value bets (instead of having them removed based on a timer to remove the clutter).

• Reading of the line history does not appear.

• Approx 15 sec delay when clicking the line history.

• Payment module doesn't work so you cannot renew your subscription.

• The appearance of all of the above more often on Saturdays.

BOV is a great tool. Otherwise I wouldn't have used it for 7 years. But it is a good idea to have other services as a backup when BOV fails. From a user's perspective it is strange that these nuisances seem eternal.

And as a side note, they removed some of the smaller sports in 2020, table tennis, cricket, rugby union, rugby league, baseball. It would be nice to have them back, especially table tennis.

Omg, you hit all the problems. I have reported all of them several times. And I’m not the only one it seems.
Problem is that they have a so amateurish management of the platform. I think this is the only betting service who close on weekends lol - most active period instead….

So, is there any serious and professional alternative to BOV? In the past I was using betbrain but it seems now it’s not working anymore and was taken from BOV itself.

I informed BOV about your complaints and remarks already since Saturday. They read it. However, I would prefer them to comment and answer to every post you make guys.

I haven't found any as thorough and broad as BOV. I have become fond of dombetting as a detection tool, it is simple and reliable, but I would always use the advanced features of BOV on each bet to study the line history. Sometimes I have used oddsportal for analysis and review of past prematch lines. It is a great archive that spans years back and it's free - yet it is inferior to BOV in a number of other aspects, so it is not a substitute.

there are some alternatives, not for the study of the line, on this I agree with vidablue, it also depends in what state you live and with which bookmaker you work? the burger is a good tool but not very interested in the Italian market, it also depends on whether you are more interested in live or pre match .... or both
. it.surebet is a very precise and fast software and it costs little but has a very limited coverage for Italian market and I asked them to have a history of the line included even with a price increase. they don't seem interested. always for Italy a rather performing and complete reality is being born. finderbet.it. even they do not represent the historian of the line anyway.

do they scan bet365?

yes they scan bet365, each in their own way.

none perfectly on every market.....but only BOV letting you know what is happening, if the graphs work ....
