I've asked info via mail and they replied:
Kindly note that Betfair is disabled for maintenance at the moment.
Our technical department is aware of this situation and is doing their best to bring this bookmaker as soon as possible.

graphics don't work, payment by credit card not available, very little attention to the different regulations between bookmakers, no implementation with new football markets such as shots, fouls etc...; no betfair on live; fewer and fewer sports covered and I still love this software but more and more day after day I wonder why. Happy Christmas !

I find myself here in spite of myself; to denounce the umpteenth inefficiency of this service, which I believe is rightly destined to disappear, not for its efficiency, which is still valid, but for the bad communication management.
Now it's been almost 24 hours since I signed up for a subscription, it's not active yet, I've written 4-5 emails and clearly I haven't received a single response.
That really doesn't work. You have to adjust yourself. I'm sorry but you are out of every sense.

apart from the usual non-communication, shameful, what is incredible is that they haven't activated the subscription that I have already paid for almost 24 hours!!!! I can expect some books to try to steal my money but an alert service would be my first time! Ah Ah .... I laugh but I'm very nervous. But what are we still doing here? Arbuser, I think if this is the line, having their banner on a serious and reputable site like yours will bring you bad publicity at this point. IF they eventually have technical problems I can also understand but at least you respect your customers by giving them a clarifying answer about the situations. There is total indifference here.
