How can I ask them if I can't communicate with them? .... but Christ, this is not how the software works, it's that they haven't even activated the subscription I paid for and they don't even answer me anything about it. I'm furious

Embarassing and frustrating, I know, you can't imagine how many weekends the software has been blocked and they did nothing to fix it. They have so big potential in their hands and they even can't understand

unfortunately I give you one more bad new: on friday they completely go off and come back on mondays telling you "oh sorry sir".

I didn't have the satisfaction of a reply to my emails but at least my subscription was activated,

Oh, and if it keeps failing: Try to change your birthday from European DD/MM/YYYY to the American MM/DD/YYYY. Been through that as well.

One of the most peculiar challenges is to convince BOV to take your money. Over the years I have been redirected from a regular credit card payment through neteller wallet, some crypto payment method as far as I recall, a bank transfer (they actually answered me by mail on a Saturday back in 2018 and let me in by showing the transfer receipt). Right now, it is none of the above as, of course, they must keep re-inventing themselves. Skrill is the new black!
