Valuebet statistics since March 1st 2020 (pre-covid):
- More than 48 hours before game start: 378 bets, 16.11% yield
- 6-48 hours before game start: 1071 bets, 7.02% yield
- Less than 6 hours before game start: 1080 bets, 8.93% yield
Valuebets are approximately 2/3 on softs and 1/3 on those commonly refered to as sharps.
So the very early markets are actually most profitable in my case. This does not disapprove barret19's experience or advice. It is just an indication that advising people not to bet on early markets may be a good advise depending on your style.
I believe too that there is an increased number of fixed matches in 2020 due to the reasons above. Always having this scepticism in mind when placing your bets, may be a good approach.

Guys, focus on live value betting. Live Value betting is better then pregame value betting in my opinion. Of course, it depends on your limits. I'm just tellin' my case.

Based on turnover, live is indeed the largest segment and the place to be. Anyone who recently started, could consider changing course for a settlement in this promised land. For some of us who built oil tankers, the turning radius is very large and it may take some time. Eventually we will get there as well.Yngwie/Sawyer wrote: Guys, focus on live value betting. Mate keep all the advices that guys gave to you.Variance has a big role and also try to win closing lines of famous markets. You can't understand how much role has variance.Last month i have lose a big amount due to variance.Try not to bet emotionally after a lot of losing strikes. This is my advice.A lot of people(even pro) have lost a lof of money due to nervous betting, which is actually gambling.Patience is the key.Sonny wrote: Hi guys. I opened account in bwin and started value betting but i lost almost all bets. what im doing wrong?
I choose bwin, pinnacle, betfair as bookmakers.
I set show arb to %2.
I bet only bwin side on arbs above %2.
