Dear Arbusers,

We have strengthened our security measures in the past few weeks, and many of you have suffered due to it. The truth is that if you did not pass our verification procedure, something was wrong with your account.

We require the following from all users who play on our website:

- A photo of your ID document (back and front), or any other nationally recognized form of identification, large enough to be readable;
- A clear photo of yourself holding the already provided identity document together with a handwritten ‘GoBetGo’ note on a piece of paper;
- A photo (scan) of a paper-based or online (pdf format) copy of utility bill (electricity bill etc.) or a bank statement in your name and under the address registered with us. The bill should be no more than two months old.
- A photo of a credit card you used to deposit with.
- A valid phone number on the account.

If in any case you are unable to produce any of these, we would consider there is something wrong with your account.

Any player who withdraws a larger amount should expect a phone verification, regardless of what type of player he is.

Should you believe that we are not in our right when handling your identity verification, you can always stop betting in our website and continue with other websites.

"Dear Arbusers"

That's how you start your post, arbers are not "Dear" to you, I am clueless as to why you even participate in this site?.
you are the worst case of an "arber friendly" bookmaker I have ever heard of, your i.d requirements are a joke and
will put off most regular bettors from using your site, you have materialised from nowhere with "big statements"
but in reality you are a "dangerous" bookmaker with a hopeless website and the most ridiculous i.d requirements
ever known in the betting industry, anyone who uses you, gambler or arber is taking a big risk with their funds.

The questions people claim you ask over the phone are a joke.
Who remembers the exact date of registration?

''Any player who withdraws a large amount should expect a phone verification''
To try and find some details he cannot recall and close his account.
Like some addict is not allowed to just bet on random teams and win?

And no problem as long as we are losing right? No security risk, no ID theft fraud there, we are legit as long as we deposit and lose.

I would feel safer winning 4 digits on turkish books than you...

And good luck with getting square bettors bet on your shitty slow site

I will be really happy to hear your justification about your fraud with my funds .

Instead of your date of birth, they may well ask the date, time, place and position you were conceived.....

That is really weird!
I have started to be an arbitrage bettor just a few months ago, I was reading through these webpages - without comments - because I did not have much to say. My experience was more or less great with other bookies, but then I had this very bad experience with GBG - so I felt that I should tell you about this and warn others :) thats why my comment is a comment of a "not even a newbie".

Btw. I did not get any reply from GBG (via email) nor here ... Strange! Well I am not expecting anything reasonable from them anyway.

To have a bad rating as a bookie is a awful thing to overcome in the future. I think that they have bitten off just a little bit more than they are going to be able to chew!

To be as a Pinnacle takes really a lot of different attitude guys from GBG. They way you treat your customers is sooo unprofessional  :-X

I want to say that I am happy that other people shared their experience, thanks for that!

Last email received from gobetgo .
Here is the way they justify the missing funds ..:

"We are subtracting all payment processing fees incurred by your deposits and withdrawals from your remaining balance. The fees we have incurred are €1595.80. Since your current balance with us is less than that. We have set your balance to negative.

We wish you a pleasant Christmas!"

1595€ fees .. what a joke !  I made only 4 withdrawals and each one was free of charge as i was allowed one free a month .
And moreover they have the audacity to wish me a pleasant Christmas ( it's not an automatic message as it's only time it's written in their correspondence ..) whilst they steal me !! unbelievable!

Gobetgo i am still waiting you to reply to my message ..

Seriously? They said this? This is just ridiculous! So they can take actually whatever they want, right? And say it is some crazy fee - no one ever heard of???

So if they need some money, they use our accounts as an ATM or what??
