Hi,
I would like a reaction on this statement as well. I am asking since I took the bonus too and am starting to have doubts I will be able to finish the rollover conditions. Thank you.

I'm sorry for being ignorant here, but isn't it standard for a bookie to cancel bonus and all winnings in case you fail to rollover according to the terms and conditions?

Oh, if that is the case I must apologize for my lack of knowledge. Anyway, in the bonus terms it says 'otherwise any bonus or winnings will be forfeited'

People,
GOBETGO closed my account because they found that I am in a relationship with somebody who also had account with them.I have opened my account on 30.06.2014 and made 42 bets till the end of the World Cup.I still had another 60 days to complete the roll over but they closed my account because I have a boyfriend who also had account there few months ago. They found that on facebook. They say this is the main reason to close my account.

never see a serious punter/arber/trader interested in a stupid bonus,if you are in the betting business you know u must  refuse any bonus from any bookmaker; because we are interested in a relationship of trust and reliability with the bookmaker not in some stupid bonus ...these are for recreational punters or bonus hunters ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,i'm really happy to bet with pinnacle and they do not have or ever had a bonus but i know my money are safer than in bank account and they have clear rules, good odds and high limits..these are priority for a serious bookmaker,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,a max bet button however....

Do you live together?
Their terms state: 5.3 You may only have one Player Account, for which you will register using your own, correct name, and each Player Account shall only have one personal single account-holder pertaining to one domestic household address.
If you don't live together you didn't break this rule. Maybe they have a specific rule for girlfriends, which I didn't find  :)

Our live betting odds are coming from an external source. This means that sometimes there are 1-2 seconds delays. Obviously a lot can change in 1-2 seconds, and if you caught a moment where for example a goal was scored or something else happened, and the odds previously were 1.50, but the new odds are 1.30, the system will reject the bet, even though the odds haven't updated on the front end yet. As a matter of fact, it does not matter if the odds will move up or down, the system will reject the bet in both cases, as long as they are different even with 0.01. So there is no situation in which we would take a bet on favorable odds and reject a bet on non-favorable ones. It is all handled automatically and not by a trader.
Sorry, but that's simply not true. I have dozen of evidence where this happens everytime. If odds change to lower from 1,50 to 1,30 you will refuse the bet every time. If odds changes higher you will accept it. Period. If you wish I will make a video and post it where this is clear.

As far as I know most of them just remove bonus if you don't manage to rollover. And those that will remove also winnings usually have normal, easier ROR.

What I'm wondering, how will they calculate my winnings from bonus?
I deposited 200eur, got a 50eur bonus and now have an account of cca 1000eur. The first use should always be of my own funds, and only then of a bonus. What If I always had 50eur in my account, therefore practically never bet with the bonus? Hence, there would be no winnings resulting from the bonus, but only from my own funds.
It's a very slippery area.

And why there is no easy way to check where you are with the rollover online? Instead you need to send email every time.

You were also playing from the same IP, same address, with the same betting pattern. There are absolutely no doubts that you were the same person, bonus hunting. You are not welcome in our sportsbook anymore. We have cancelled your winnings, refunded your original deposit, and closed your account. You will not receive anything more, so you are just wasting your time right now. Good luck in life with your fiancee.

You can create the video and send to us or post here. I spoke to our technical team and trading team, and both said noone has ever reported something like this before, and it is technically impossible. If possible in the video, please try both directions, and please make sure you try it in 2 different browsers, as it may be a visual bug on your side.

For the bonus rollover, we don't have a rollover counter as we give different bonuses with different rules and we can't have a standartized system to cover all cases. If a player doesn't fulfill their bonus requirements, we will take out the bonus + % of the winnings equal to the % of the bonus with which he has played. If for example you have only placed bets with your initial deposit only and never used your bonus, then we will remove only the bonus, but you need to tell our customer support this is the case, as it will require for them to manually count your bets one by one and make sure it was never used. We are always fair in such situations, just speak to us.

-----------------------------------------------------

Also it is important to note that we are planning to stop our deposit bonus promotion in August, so if anyone wants to get it, they should get it now. After the season starts, we won't be offering deposit bonuses anymore. And we are preparing better odds for next season. We will offer 1% margins on the top competitions. We hope you will like it.
