Yes, I know but sometimes in T&C there is written that in some cases they can bring into play authority and I don't wanna go back to jail just kidding but I wanna be sure not to break their rules before developing a program like that (or at least trying to do it)

Too bad I didn't see this when it was originally posted.
I actually did something similar about 10 years ago using VB6 and Winsock control (it was competition data from various web sites).
I don't know Java or .NET but know VB6 well.
I am thinking about getting a machine with an older version of Windows and VB6 and doing this for value betting.
It's not that hard if you know how to do it.
The problem is, if they change the interface, you're out of luck.

For example, i wasn't paid and they referred to T and C. I talked to their licence provider and i was paid instantly.
That scrapingthing won't get you legal cases...although they can confiscate your bookie money and the court case against them may not be easy

Authority based what? all this T and C doesn't represent the country law system.Yes, I know but sometimes in T&C there is written that in some cases they can bring into play authority and I don't wanna go back to jail just kidding but I wanna be sure not to break their rules before developing a program like that (or at least trying to do it)

I'm scraping unpublished odds from local bookies as well, but this project is stranded due to lack of odds feed to compare those odds with. I asked several providers of direct data access to odds feeds, and the price was minimum 750 EUR per month which is way to costly for my personal project still in development. Does anyone have cheaper access to odds feeds in general? It doesn't have to be massive to begin with - I am looking for a no scraping alternative.

I am doing a similar project using the same tool (VB6). Currently it is making bot betting with small stakes at softs getting the info from arbitrage service. It is just a hobby project and it is not a gold mine, yet it is still profitable.MikeSeattle wrote: Too bad I didn't see this when it was originally posted.
