Very probably it is the same with mine. It was closed very fast. Just 3 weeks value with limited low stakes. How much time did yours last ?Braca93 wrote: You won't be able to place a bet, my Max Bet is not zero but when you try to bet on something you get a message "Certain restrictions have been applied to your account..."

Ha, good one. I know this quote You asked about account closure. If I got you, you were betting 3 weeks after you got limited? How long before, how many bets? Cause I've been betting there more than a month now, a bit more than 1500 bets placed.

2100 bets. Please update when you go at that to realise if there is a pattern here.AlexNotman1 wrote: Ha, good one. I know this quote You asked about account closure. Re: Bet365
I am not so sure they are doing that. I think that as long as you verify your account, establish the amounts and open the account in the country you live, you will not have problems.
I opened an account in London and when I sent my address proof - from Brazil- they informed me that I have to open my account in Brazil, verify it and then I will be able to receive my money.

Anyone has trouble with the 2nd step email verification? It does not work, simply nothing happens when I click on it.

Re: Bet365
Everyone is worried about the max bet or the step2 verification it seems ,. The step2 actually isnt anything to worry about.
However at the same time there are a lot more serious news from bet365 side imho. Bet365 from yesterday removed Neteller/skrill/tap 1 skrill payment method from Russian accounts (and perhaps few more USSR countries, I cant confirm that) , and thats nothing temporary or technical problem but a measure that they took .

Re: Bet365
How are you sure it is not a technical problem ? 2-3 days ago another bookmaker started having trouble with ewallet payments and they say it s a technical problem..so maybe paysafe has some technical problems

Re: Bet365
Because they informed all customers from Russia that this method will not be any more available, and in case they deposited money with that method already they will be able to withdraw them for a limited period of time
my personal opinion is that is impossible to remove NETELLER/SKRILL from all countries but perhaps they can in some specific countries from where they are bleeding IF the reason to remove NETELLER/Skrill from Russia was this because obviously we cant be sure what is the reason why they removed them . Can be because they were bleeding and to threat pros/paysafe but it can even be for other reasons we cant/dont know at least as yet like a regulation or a law that obligate them

Re: Bet365
Hey guys,
Can also admit to having the same problem with Step 2 from KYC procedure. English chat say they are aware of the problem and were ''working'' on fixing it. On chat with my native language they asked me to call them on the phone or send other form of documentation.
To me, this means they plan on removing it and are faking having technical problems.
As for the Neteller situation, i was told UK was also one of the affected countries and soon others will follow.
I'm guessing they were getting a lot of bad action from Russia (match fixing, value and arbing) and they decided to cut the payment method.
