The limit set by the Security Department, according to the rule:
7.3. The maximum sum of a bet depends on the type of sport and event, and is individually set both for each event and each type of bet and may be changed without any notification whatsoever. Olimp Bookmakers reserves the right to limit the maximum and minimum sum of a bet for specific events, restrict acceptance of repeated bets on the same outcomes or virtually the same combinations of outcomes from one client, as well as to introduce or remove any restrictions for any client with no additional notification or explanation.

Unfortunately, I can't do anything. Suggest you personally ask support to review your limits.

And so the problems begin

Olimp does not want to raise my limits, so I decided to withdraw.
Say they will send me a SMS for confirmation, so hit the confirm button dozen times, but no SMS (tel.number is correct).

Contacted support and they claim they have sent the SMS (sure they did...).
Told me to reset my phone (like that is gonna help) and now they say I should contact my telephone provider to find the SMS they sent? WTF is this?

Offered them that they could call me or whatsapp me or something, probably wont agree.

Looks like a scam to me to prevent them from delivering...

I had that problem once, but I must me fair and say that after two-three days everything was working normal and I have received codes since then on my mobile phone.
I think it could be some technical issue.

Like I said, SMS is not received.
This is my own Phone, I receive messages on it all the time.

This is NOT helping.
I have offered that I could send you an SMS to check if that comes through, I said you can call me, email me, whatsapp me, Skype me etc. and your support is just saying I should check with my provider (which I already did - they said that if a SMS is not delivered problem is ALWAYS with the sending party) and saying message was sent on your site is not going to solve this problem.

Please, solve this!

After going back and forth about this problem they proposed to take away the SMS verification.
So I said, well if that would solve it I guess that is ok.

After this response, long silence, so I asked when this would be done.
And.... The whole discussion started over again  ...

Please reset your phone, clear cache etc. etc. LOOK, BEEN THERE DONE THAT OLIMP!

Now the new solution is for me to change my mobile number, but before this is possible I need to send my ID (while the problem is clearly on their side).

What a joke...

I also know for a case where sms messages haven't arrived and as I understood there was no reason for that. After that you putt away SMS verification.

Is there a reason a soft book would post/advertise on arbusers? The only clients they are going to get from here are arbers and having arbers as your clients is -EV.

The only reason I can think of for a soft book to post here is to just try and get some money to scam out of people.

What am I missing? Is a small soft book really hoping to beat pinny/SBO lines?
