truth is i am interested in this topic too.

from what i have read a few months ago, there are no taxes for online betting/gambling. they have a gambling law from 70 years ago which does not include online activity (better ask a lawyer about this), and no license required to operate there.

however, i heared that there was a new law which may be aproved soon regarding all this.

you will have to search further..
