Do you know if transfers to another Skrill are available without having verified this last webcam step? Thanks

Do you know what is the outgoing transaction limit for accounts with only lvl 2 (deposit + id) or lvl 3 (+address)? It no longer shows in account description.

I dont get it. If they bother like webcam and other BS verifications then there should be big noise. Advantage players try to find solutions, but recreationals players or even highrollers dont bother. Could you imagine they are hassled with webcam verification, account seizure, noninconsistent support service?
I have asked my gamblers friends do they have problems with skrill. They said no

BTW i havnt done webcam verification. If anyone has information about it how he solved it i would be greatful

What is the hassle with webcam verification?
Of course it is a problem if the process does not work, or if you are not who you say you are.

Neteller and Skrill support by email is very unreliable lately in my experience.  Most mails are never answered so I just call usually...

Is still possible to avoid webcam verification and just send a photo of ID and selfie? It worked for me before, but now their email verification@skrill.com is dead.

Accounts referred by arbusers do not have to pass the webcam verification procedure. A selfie, a utility bill and an Id is enough.
This is crystal clear at least for now.
The email to send your docs is wanttobevip@skrill.com
I would advise that you read the appropriate thread first:
