I told you - It's the worst betting exchange of all time.  ;D

Don't try using the 21bet sportsbook either because they void bets left, right and centre.

Word to the wise - Use Smarkets, 2% commission, no premium charge and they let you bet more than 50E!

Yes, we are all waiting for their explanation as this is not the service they promised to offer.

I am having the same problems. I lost more than 1000€ with them and for the thanks they limit my bets to 50€. They limit bets on the betting exchange, which is pathetic. And the commission is still 5%, even when I registered thru this site, they should refund the difference in commission today but I received nothing from them.

Hello Forum Members.

Apologies for the situation at present whereby you are limited to the amount that you can wager. This is something that our tech team are looking into with the platform provider and will be addressed as soon as is possible. Rest assured this is very much a temporary measure that will be addressed imminently. We're hoping and expecting normal services to be resumed tomorrow

Regarding the commission rebates, these have been made and anybody eligible should have their rebate bonuses credited and currently showing in the normal / non exchange section of their account. If you think you should have received a bonus but haven't then please do dm me or contact our friendly support team and we'll look into it for you.

Please let us know if you restore the limits and anyone who continue to play there if they are trustable or not.

Right after my registration i asked them about verification (to avoid later delays) and they said that there's no need to verify at the moment.
Of course, when i requested to withdraw my remaining balance (300€) they told me about documents they need (2 days after my request).

I've also send them an email asking about limits (29/10) - still waiting for the answer

I got a message today that their stake limit is currently 50€ and if there will be any changes they will let me know. While they promised the limit would be lifted yesterday. this was a complete waste of time.

Finally, a positive comment from me

The account verification was fast (same day) and they send me the money 30 minutes later

Great, - A positive comment. I was beginning to wonder if one of those was ever going to arrive!

On another very positive note. - The issue regarding max bet has now been resolved and you will now be able to place bets again as per normal.

Once again please accept our apologies for this temporary technical issue.
