Hy everyone
I've been watching from a good period of time the evolution of cryptocurrency. I've made some long term investments but I noticed that are some coins at which values increases 10-20 × higher over a short period of time. Example: April 1 Ripple was $ 0,021880 and on May 17 was 0.414795.The market of cryptocurrency usually is handled by big investors who buy coins at low prices and then they make the advertising on blogs and YouTube after which the small investors come to buy with the hope that it will rise the price .
After small investors have bought in massive quantity and the price has risen to the price the acquistion at wich he bought large investors, large investors begin selling the coins, the price falls.
Small investors are scared to lose total investment and will sell their coins on loss.
Does anyoane have experience with this type of investments, and could help me with some tips ?

Re: cryptocurrency investments
Spread your bankroll around in small new coins that are somewhat established (look at the market cap to know which ones) and buy 5 to 10% of your roll of each coin. If only 1 "makes" it, you will still have a good return of 10 to 20x your total investment.
I believe bitcoin is currently in a big bubble because everybody is buying and hoarding them, the actual market for use of coins has not grown with the increase in value. Once some of the bigger hoarders start selling their coins and there's a drop, the public will panic and a selloff will happen...I see it drop back to 2.5k or so. After it stabilises when the selloff is over, it could be a good idea to buy again. For now, I'm staying away.
The fact that some investment firms are tauting their investments in bitcoin is a big tip off. During history there are numerous examples where the public is enticed to buy a certain stock or item so a bubble is created...once there's a very nice profit %, the bigger firms back out and the public is left with a big loss.
