What to do when bookie asks for proof of income
« on: January 09, 2018, 02:52:34 PM »

This is unfortunately an increasingly common situation with UK bookmakers.

I know that when a bookmaker asks for photo ID, selfie with ID, and proof of address, there's no getting out of it. If you don't send that, they just will not let you withdraw.

But what about when they ask for proof of income? Can you tell them "Just close my account and send me my money" or will they hold your funds hostage while you show them your personal financial info?

And what do you guys send for your proof of income if your regular income is low, and most of your income is from gambling?
