Hello everyone , I have an account on Royrichie that i used for some casual punting but i decided to withdraw my funds from them like 10 days ago. I asked for a withdrawal that havent been processed for like 5 days. I sent them a mail asking why that they never replied. I cancelled that withdrawal and asked for a new one that guess what... havent been processed also. Again mail again no responce. Last 2 days i cannot even acess their site... Anyone knows what happens with them?

Hi. Have seen the same problem there before at least one time (Maybe two, don't remember); Site down for a day or two.
Hope it's the same this time, but I think it's been down 3 days now, so a bit worried....

Ouch.. it sounds bad. Also have money there, so it will hurt if it's gone. They're Malta licensed right?
Do the players have anything they can do if a site just goes down with your money? ...or are they gone?

Yes they are licensed under Malta. I still cant believe that they went bankrupt....Maybe we need to wait a bit but these are not good signs

Royrichie is a joke book. They forced me to send them complete history of my neteller account for 500 euros withdrawal. That was 2 years ago. Now i see dozens of unsolved complaints in askgamblers which is not a good sign. Btw, if they decide to go bankrupt or stole your money, MGA can do nothing about it. Lost 6k when Smartlivegaming went bankrupt and MGA couldn't do anything.

I have contacted the MGA. I don't think that we are going to get our money back. Its very frustrating when you trust a bookie due to the fact that he was operating under a well known authority and then when you get scammed that authority tells you they cant do anything about it.

It's incredible that MGA can't do anything. I mean, how on earth can we trust a company if that's how it works?
As long as they get their license money they're happy I guess.

Malta licensing an absolute joke. Zero enforcement teeth.
