royrichie not accesible
« on: January 07, 2019, 08:14:29 AM »

Hello everyone ,
I have an account on Royrichie that i used for some casual punting but i decided to withdraw my funds from them like 10 days ago. I asked for a withdrawal that havent been processed for like 5 days. I sent them a mail asking why that they never replied. I cancelled that withdrawal and asked for a new one that guess what... havent been processed also. Again mail again no responce. Last 2 days i cannot even acess their site...
Anyone knows what happens with them?

Hi. Have seen the same problem there before at least one time (Maybe two, don't remember); Site down for a day or two.

Hope it's the same this time, but I think it's been down 3 days now, so a bit worried....

After reading this.... https://www.askgamblers.com/casino-complaints/roy-richie-casino-delayed-trustly-withdrawal-for-over-10-days
i am worried that they went bankrupt or something. They dont respond to emails and their live chat service was unavailable some days before the site going down. I think i have to forget about my money there... :( :( :( :(

Ouch.. it sounds bad. Also have money there, so it will hurt if it's gone. They're Malta licensed right?

Do the players have anything they can do if a site just goes down with your money? ...or are they gone?

Yes they are licensed under Malta. I still cant believe that they went bankrupt....Maybe we need to wait a bit but these are not good signs

Royrichie is a joke book. They forced me to send them complete history of my neteller account for 500 euros withdrawal. That was 2 years ago. Now i see dozens of unsolved complaints in askgamblers which is not a good sign.

Btw, if they decide to go bankrupt or stole your money, MGA can do nothing about it. Lost 6k when Smartlivegaming went bankrupt and MGA couldn't do anything.

Is there any other bookie that offers combo bet promos?

This seems bad. Is there actually nothing a player can do when having funds on a site like this? MGA could not help? Not anyone? Any info will be appreciated.

I have contacted the MGA. I don't think that we are going to get our money back. Its very frustrating when you trust a bookie due to the fact that he was operating under a well known authority and then when you get scammed that authority tells you they cant do anything about it.

It's incredible that MGA can't do anything. I mean, how on earth can we trust a company if that's how it works?

As long as they get their license money they're happy I guess.

Malta licensing an absolute joke. Zero enforcement teeth.
