Deposit to Bitpanda - EUR wallet via Neteller cost 0,90€ + 3.6%. Then you can buy btc from EUR Wallet without any fees.

Is this still the price? 3,6%?

What will the total cost be if I in example send money from Neteller (EUR), buy BTC at Bitpanda, and send them to my Coinbase account (IF POSSIBLE) - Anyone?

Is there other solutions buying BTC with Neteller these days?

Bitpanda btc rate is bad, compared to bitstamp the total loss is 5 % from net €
Btw you deposit to your fiat bitpanda wallet and change later to btc when price is good
coingate offers this service too but it's a rip off, stay away from them.
you'll find some sellers on localbitcoins too
coincorner might be an option , never tried them
xapo if you have some usd
