PT disgusting behaviour!
« on: May 26, 2019, 10:21:43 AM »

I just want to tell you how PT is cheating people legally,i have acc there for almost 2 years or more and for last 4 months i didnt bet there, today i wanted log in and my acc was locked but my shock was that they say because my acc was inactive more than 3 months i will be deducted 5% per month for inactive so they deduct 426.54 EUR.
They told me that they send me email but i didnt get anything from them but what kind of business is it to take so much money for not playing 1 day more than 3 months??

I will be closing acc there and i just want to warn you what kind of 'company' they are.

Thank you for reporting.
Send us via pm the account email and we will make sure you get that money back, if referred by arbusers.
We will also make sure that our referred members will be excluded from this kind of fees, or st least enjoy a bigger grace period.

PT is nothing but a very scammy company.
I suggest you to start working with betinasia or sportmarket.

I dont agree with dormant fees, especially after 3 months.  I will say though that I have used PT for a few years now without issue and dont believe they are a scammy company at all.

Saying that why would you leave a substantial amount in a bookmaker without using it for 3 months, they are a sportsbook not a bank.

They are reliable. I don't know why they did this but i think they will reflect on it, because their competition does not do it.

You need to know that this is crazy, its 5% monthly fee after 3 months!!! imagine you didnt get any notice or you forget about your acc and in one year you came back and 50% of your money is gone!In my country loansharks take 3-5% monthly fee and we know they are mobsters so this is even worst from 'reputable' company.

Hi kapetan1122 and everyone.

Thank you dealer wins and Wolfie for your comments and adequate adding.

This is Ivo from PT writing to shed some light on the discussion.

Note that the case has been taken care strictly following our T&C procedures.

Also, note that the account in question was closed due to no activity with no ‘’disgusting behavior’’ as it is said by the thread. Most importantly, with all of this having been communicated with the customer, we have made sure that everything is crystal clear and all noticed before any actions were taken and explained to the customer, including an alert for forehead actions before proceeding with them.

If any further untruth dispute arise, we deserve the right to reveal the exact discussions and alerts sent and communicated with the customer, since it is unfair to be blamed for something which there is no mistake for at all.

Summing up, this case has been taken care of by the book as I said and we stand by our decision as we have acted in complete terms compliance.

theft is ok as long as it's in the t&c's.....sure they can legally steal your money, doesn't make it right, theft is theft!

Similar experience here - short story is I setup a Premium Tradings account last year and never got round to using it. I deposited £200, had £200 in last week but they have now offered me £69 of bitcoins after withdrawing £131 in various fees and stating I cannot withdraw any other way.

I received no contact from them other than a GDPR opt in email and routine marketing emails since signing up. Nothing to mention inactivity fees or changes in terms and conditions. When I signed up there were no inactivity fees, and there was a free monthly withdrawal option.
They have charged an admin fee of 5% per month for 18 months inactivity- even though I opened the account 16 months ago and it takes 3 months for an inactive period to kick in.
They have referred me to a section of t&c for inactive fees that also refers to those conditions only commencing once a bet has been placed (I never placed a bet).

Their stance is that it is a customers responsibility to follow t&c changes on their web site. - but even doing that there is a risk customers would get stung by t&c changes they don't want to sign up to.

I know many people on this forum use them ok, and I will appear as a new user having a moan - but I only signed up after reading this very forum so only fair I share my experience for other potential users. In fact I only heard of premium tradings through this site, I was searching for reviews of Asianconnect.

PT is informed about your complaint and I asked them to comment here.
Your account is not referred by arbusers and therefore no further action will be taken from us.
We have seen 2-3 more incidents like this during the last months and frankly speaking I do not believe you will be able to save some of the imposed fees.
Good luck.

Hi betman,

Please mind that we have explained our T&C in a lot of detail to you over mail and they clearly state fees apply to inactivity, and even though they may not be the most favorite terms in the list obviously, we have made sure they are very clear, and we still repeat and explain them in our e-mails when necessary, like we did in this case with you.

We have provided you with information What is more, before all this happened and before the account was closed, we personally contacted you via mail to inform you that you had been inactive and fees for this would apply, as we do in such cases.
We don't see on what grounds you have written your statement and consider it unsubstantiated.

Again, all terms are clearly written in our T&C and we always remind players to read them; every time there's an update, we communicate it via a private message sent to customers' accounts and we always explain terms further when necessary and requested. This case is no exception and has been taken care of diligently following our procedure.

Arbusers – thank you for highlighting this. I did follow the referral process in the forum here – I mentioned on livechat when I had a very thorough conversation with PremiumTradings to understand deposits/fees to try and avoid ending up in this situation. I guess because I didn’t technically open the account, or because my deposit was a few weeks after my initial livechat the referral was lost.

Premiumtradings

you haven’t explained…… you cherry picked the fees t&c you then when I raised numerous questions your response was “our Terms and Conditions are not a matter of any discussion or objection”. I was happy to try and resolve this by email, but felt forced to highlight my case so others are aware.

You have never contacted me about closure or inactivity fees. You contacted me about GDPR, you contacted me about broker tools, premium brokerage and a bet broker service but never about account closure or inactivity fees. In fact you contacted me in October 2018 referencing my active account but have still concluded you can charge me 18 months of inactive fees.

Regarding terms and conditions I found an email asking me to sign a form to accept t&c on 7 May which I didn’t respond to, and never signed the form. The t&c referencing inactivity fees state in the very next point “by placing the first bet in the provided accounts, you deemed as instantly accepting the service Terms and Conditions”. As I didn’t respond to your email or place a bet I have never accepted any T&C…. and the idea users with closed accounts can keep up to date with T&C changes in their private account area is a ridiculous one!

So I have deposited with you in May 2018, had an active account in October 2018, never accepted any T&C or been made aware of ANY charges (we agreed nor dormant fees or withdrawal fees in the livechat when I signed up) but have now been charged inactivity fees which calculate (I checked the maths to the penny) back to February 2018 before I opened the account. Plus various other fees.

Whilst I believe I am legally entitled to have my money back without question given the account was never opened I am willing to discuss rolling over my original balance or some form of compromise that balances me depositing with you then never playing……… but I am not happy with the current situation and ensuring other potential users are aware.
Especially given you have calculated even higher fees than your terms state!

Hi betman,

We have responded to everything that you have raised in this topic. In addition, our Terms & Conditions are not under any point possible to be objected. All is transparently stated and available to you and all of our users.

Beside our reminders, we need to thank you for raising the topic again since it will once again come to the attention to all our users.
