i got a email from neteller that they have ask me this please read

 Thank you for choosing Neteller as your payment processor. Your account has come up for review and we have a few inquiries in regards to your account that will enable us to have a better understanding of your use of our service.



We would like to kindly ask you to provide detailed answer to the following questions:



• Please explain the purpose of use of your Neteller account.



• Do you provide any kind of service online, even on a freelance basis? If so, please provide a brief explanation of the service and provide URLs to online presence where the service can be reviewed (this can be website/forum/social media page etc.).



• Please advise what your relation is to the people you have exchanged money with and what was the purpose of the transactions?



Please add screenshots that support your answers. Screenshots from your Neteller account are not necessary.



• Please provide an updated Address verification (a copy of a Utility bill dated from the last 3 months) together with a picture of holding ID next to your face



Note that for the duration of this review your account will remain locked.

i have sended all documents everything they ask i also explain the relationship with my all transaction they are all my friends we share neteller i explain them  everything ..i have a GOLD vip neteller account which they Have disable (Freezing my 7000$)

now 3 days no response and probably they will not response more 2 days becouse of sat and sunday please help me i have a very big money stuck

What do you mean by saying you share neteller with your friends?You receiving and sending funds to them?How many approximately transactions you made monthly related to your friends?

Had same situation 2 years ago,i explain them that i use it only for gambling and sometimes i send-recieve money from my friends(i didnt have much transactions to other accounts maybe only 5-6),be very careful because some people get their account banned and they needed to withdraw money to bank account.

If you didn't do anything illegal you don't need to worry,like i said people who have lot of transactions with other accounts get banned and money send on their bank account in the end.

i never did any illegal activity bro i just share neteller money to my friends for gambling purpose only nothing   else  and  yes i had a lots of transaction and im ok if i get money in my  bank, i never care for account banning im just so  worried about my funds  if i get it back then i swear I'll never again put that much money on scam wallet like neteller skrill they can do anything anytime

Updated I got email today from NETELLER asking me to withdraw funds through Bank wire ... Now waiting for funds to get in my bank

Just Got my Funds in my bank today  they Deducted 28000inr (370$ ) for withdraw 😓 but I got my Funds in bank account after almost 1 week of Full Stress and restless Days

they are not a scam wallet, but they have lost completely the control of their actions. They have disabled/closed many GOLD even platinum accounts the last 1,5 year . They terminated my account that was like 15 years old paysafe client(first moneybookers then neteller) , holding at the same time a medium level affiliate and platinum  , depositing and withdrawing money in multiple of bookmakers for years without even give me an explanation....not even to my VIP account manager that tried hard to see what was wrong and how to fix it. And in 15 years I didnt make p2p transactions in more than 100 different ppl in total while others were doing with like 600 different persons in a month :D

I know they are Doing it for Aml Purpose but it will effect their Business badly..
 Also we can't Trust them like we can put 100k in NETELLER we should never do this  They can Freeze our Hardly earn money anytime ... I used to put like 30k usd in my NETELLER wallet but now I Lost all my Trust with them it's so  Bad

you have all my understanding. I was vip customer as well and I suffered it on Skrill and Neteller both (same company...). Now someone will come ask you if you did something weird and bla bla bla...it's the usual story I read and read again, don't worry. People just won't understand Paysafe group become so unprofessional and untrustable until they won't get block themselves too without a reason.
I though I was unlucky and was one of the few unlucky users...but cases are exponentially raising over forums (not only Arbuers) so it can't be just a case anymore
