Roll over
Can someone explain me how roll over works with betting agents? Let's say that I make a deposit of 300 euros and then after a few days a deposit of 2000 euros and the agents says 3 times at odds 1,5 or greater I need to roll over just the 300 euros or the second deposit as well in order to withdraw my funds?

Re: Roll over
But why not ask the agent directly, some can mean bonus and deposit and some can just be bonus

Re: Roll over
For Premiumtradings you have to rollover both of them, I had the same question so I asked them directly.
My situation: first deposit 5000, second one 3000, then asked for 4000 withdrawal. Here's their answer:
"After further checking, if your withdrawal will have fees, we wish to clarify that the deposit you have made after your initial deposit on 16.01.2020 for 3000 EUR, has been rolled over only 3.47 times.
Your total turnover from the opening of your account on 16/10/2019 until 24/06/2020 is: 110425.92 EUR.
After rolling over your initial deposit of 5000 EUR 20 times (as required in our T&C, section 4. Finance, points 5 and 8 ) and generating 100000 EUR turnover, the remaining 10425.92 EUR are for your other deposit (3000 / 10425.92= 3.47 times)."
I think with other agents it's different because this way is a little bit binding.

Re: Roll over
Now tell me something honestly does the reply of CS make any sense to you because to me it doesn't I mean you must bet on something that the odds are greater than 1.5 and on the other hand you can lay on something as long as it is greater than 1.5

Re: Roll over
Yes, I get what you mean. My doubt was about the amount of turnover (odds didn't matter).
Backing 100 euro @1.02 (risk=100) and laying 100 euro @55 (liability=5400) counted the same, in order to do turnover, unbelievable but true.
The column to sum up is "stake" and not "liability".

Re: Roll over
So I understand that it is better to lay at odds 55 (sell) than to play odds 1.02 yourself, otherwise it won't count towards the required 3-fold turnover before the payout?

Re: Roll over
I really think that when someone who lays and tries to make a withdrawal they ll ask him withdrawal fees.
