voids can occur prior, during or after the game. Most of the time is after the game. There is no notification obviously, no explanation either.

My experiences are somewhat opposite to those of apoel81.

For pre-match:
Voided bets were always notified per e-mail.
Always before game start, unless it was based on in-game events, such as when one opponent withdraws during tennis match.
Always an explanation. Most commonly that it was a clear price error (palp).

Our experiences may be different due to the which books we have used, among other things.

which agent are u using?

I am not using any agents. At least not for now.

I currently use only betfair, matchbook, pinnacle and offline books.

I've had 2 voided bets with pinnacle due to line error and I was notified before game start - but that's out of a population of almost 4000 bets.
The offline books void sometimes even though game was played, but it is 1 out of 2000 approximately. Obviously they can't send notification, so I don't know when they voided. I've never called them. I usually just let it be.

The other voids I've had, have been with numerous well-known soft books from 2015-18.

Which agent are you using?

I am SM/BIA/Vodds, all agents are acting the same regarding voids though.

Sbo&Singbet does not inform you when they void your bet, you have to see it in your betting list that your bet got voided due to abnormal betting. This has nothing to do with pinnacle voids or offline bookie voids.
