Is any kind of docs required to bet in a shop in Italy/Spain? Local ID card or whatever?

Re: Local Bookmakers
Nothing...you just need ID if you win more than 3000 euro with a bet (or 1000 or 2000, law changed and, trust me, it's impossible to be able to bet a big amount on a good odd even in shop).
Italy.
Italy.

Re: Local Bookmakers
Spain is good, you do not need id to bet in shop. And you have a lot of shops differently from Italy. I do not know how they react if you go to same shop many times.. It depends on city too i think.AlexNotman1 wrote: Is any kind of docs required to bet in a shop in Italy/Spain? Local ID card or whatever?

Re: Local Bookmakers
Each casino has different rules , in some casino they even do not accept my ID (i have EU country id) They require passport and in same time in some other casinos you can easily identify your self with id card ... The worst was around Madrid when they asked for NIE number ..
Retabet has most markets and many additional lines , but they use to block money last time for some investigation .
I use to bet in Codere , Retabet , and Sportium (Ladbrokes)

Re: Local Bookmakers
Hmm... Thanks for detailed answers. I've done my research and what I found there are two main bookies which operates in a street shops, Codere and Sportium. Emailed both and Codere answered that they require ID and that's it.
My question is, only these three bookies you mentioned there operates in street shops? I'm not familiar with Spain but in my country we've got quite few so Im bit surprised there are three only.
I totally understand that if it is possible to make money sharbing some people won't be happy to share piece of cake so I won't be surprised if I won't get any detailed answers but can you tell me what stakes they are totally fine with? Let's say you're gonna take early odds, evens, are they happy to accept lets say 500 euro? Cause I've done my research if we talk about UK and in some placed you would be lucky to have 100 pounds placed.
What you mean saying: "They used to block money"?
Odds are same as on their websites or is it possible that shops are late with adjusting steaming odds?

Re: Local Bookmakers
Yes , but in Codere i sometimes they require also NIE , in each Casino is different . Lets say that in most of them is possible to identify just with ID .
You can easily place 250-300-400euro depends on the game and the odd ofcourse . If you have odd up to 2.00 i beleive you can place easy 500 , but sometimes you bet 200 and they remove the game (few times happens that to me )
Block money - i bet , i won and i cant withdraw my money , because they said is investigation ...
If you want more details you can contact me on my email : terminalbet@abv.bg

Seems like things have changed from last time i was there. Sportium i am sure did not ask ID. Maybe they were abused and made this changes.AlexNotman1 wrote: Emailed both and Codere answered that they require ID and that's it.

Re: Local Bookmakers
There are also Luckia and VivelaSuerte (Orenes) for example. In Spain, betting arrived late and lasted a short time, the betting shops are changing/adapting quickly. Identification is mandatory (blocked terminals), some limits are too low, and quick odds update, nothing like yesteryear.

For the time being we have no plans to add new bookies. Here is the list of those Italian bookmakers we already have: https://www.betburger.com/news/italian-bookie-launched
However, you may offer those you'd like to see and we'd mind your offer in future.
