Was my account being investigated? So I ask you to contact Orbit and ask them directly if my account was being investigated for any reason!
So do you think that if my account was being investigated they would have paid me €2000 the day before this happened? Take a good look at the image of my account history, there is a visible withdrawal of money on April 1st, right?
This last month was one of the best months I've had betting on Orbit and curiously it was when I made the most withdrawals in a row and when I had my highest balance in almost 3 years, I haven't bet on Orbit in 3 days to come here and make up stories, I bet on Orbit regularly for almost 3 years.
I respect your opinion, but these are opinions without any basis. I feel more like you are giving an opinion and making a value judgment about me and not about the serious problem that is happening but that's ok we all have the right to give our opinion!
My account is now being investigated by Orbit because I am being the victim of this "theft" or mistake, I'm still waiting for Orbit to come forward and resolve my situation, but it's difficult, it's been 4 days and they haven't resolved anything, not even a little. They want to send me the list of IP addresses that accessed my account on April 2nd.

More than a year ago there were many posts in various forums reporting unauthorised access of Orbit accounts, and betting in Cricket games. There were dozens of victims but none of them was referred by arbusers. Thus we did not intervene in any of these cases.
However, we lobbied hard via the agents that we work with, in order for the 2FA to be used in all Orbit accounts. This would bring transparency and would stop unauthorised access to the accounts. Indeed, for more than a year, there were no reports in our forum or any other forum mentioning this type of action.
Now, it is the first time that an Orbit account referred by arbusers was accessed and used for betting with no authorisation. This account had enabled the 2FA, meaning that the possibility of a 3rd party account take over is diminished.
In addition, the OP requested to be handed the list of the IPs used to access the account. He was given a list, but no IPs were provided in regards to the disputed day(s). In our view, the rejection to hand these IPs to the OP, is already an acceptance from Orbit that an account take over took place. If, in their view, no account take over took place, then they would have absolutely no problem to hand the IPs of the disputed day(s).
Thus, Orbit is considered guilty until proved otherwise.
We (arbusers) will not accept a relaxed time frame. If no resolution is given within what we consider a reasonable time frame, it will result to loss of trust in Orbit and an alert will be issued. It will have serious consequences for Orbit.
On the other hand, to be crystal clear and not one sided, if concrete proofs for the opposite is given, we will examine them in depth.

Its your case and you choose your strategy. I just dont get why you say there is evidence that they edit bets but dont want to show it (for now). I would have understood it if you had stayed quiet for a while or bring the cards to the table, this kind of sending a mixed signal - i do not really get. Whom does this help? Another day passed and I got in touch with AC88 again, but the answers are always the same and the days go by
Orbit continues to not reset and correct my balance to the correct amount.
Orbit continues to not provide a list of IP addresses that accessed my account on April 2nd, which was the day these fraudulent bets appeared in my history.
Orbit continues to not solve anything
It's unfortunate, we are victims of these serious situations and Orbit doesn't seem to care about resolving things This problem arose on April 2nd, 5 days have passed and everything is the same, with no developments on Orbit's part
Answer that AC88 gave me today:

Regarding this case, I can say to lilise to ask agents every day about the case, and that may speed up the process. I waited 7 days between every response from orbit but asked agents many times until finally, they responded. I don't believe orbit needs many days and weeks to resolve this.

We communicated to AsianConnect the importance of this case and we made sure that AC will communicate that to Orbit as well. We informed everyone there is a time frame for a resolution and this story should not go on for long. All parties know the consequences and the risks.
