Dear friends, I want to inform you that fortunately Orbit restored my balance and this regrettable situation was resolved fairly. I am very happy to be able to share this news, as I was desperate.

Orbit took responsibility for the situation and returned the entire amount of fraudulent bets that were placed on my account.

I want to thank everyone especially for the excellent support and help that the administration here on the forum gave me, you were fantastic thank you

I would also like to thank AC88 for their help in this whole situation

Your case is yet another example showing that brokers like BIA and AC88 are not the problem when issues arise with Orbit, and they have little reason to be blamed. However, the only aspect they could be criticized for in such cases is their lack of advocacy for players when issues occur.

Shouldnt this raise a question of how that happened in the first place, was it Orbit who placed the bet or just some system glitch

System glitch. Suprislingly I've heard some similar cases (soft bookies, quite few of them) but no one reported it was bets won, every single case customer money was thrown because of stupid lost bets. Must be pure coincidence and system glitch. The fact that they refuse to provide IP bets were placed means its not a "glitch" for sure. And every single similar case Im aware of any customer complaint were declined because "you must've placed such bets or someone else because you did not keep your password safe". End of story, case closed. We live in a world where bookie can steal customer balance and refuse to show any evidences so such situation is extreme convenient for them to seize money, dont you think? Perfect case for stealing customer in white gloves, legal one I would say, if they refuse to provide IP or just say bets were placed from your IP how on earth would you prove it wasnt you who placed the bets? You simply cant so I would take bettor side in such situation unless clear evidences are shown.

- I must say that lilise acted with full responsibility and according to the book.
- AsianConnect have been adamant in their actions and the management was mobilised immediately to give a fair solution. I am impressed, and they too deserve congratulations. Their impeccable record was once again reconfirmed.
- Orbit acted swiftly this time and I hope they learn the lessons of this case.

As for you, arbusers community, take my advise seriously and enable that fucking 2FA wherever you can. This is your safety net and every justification and explanation will fall short in front of an enabled 2FA.

Honestly i am really impressed with Asianconnect and Orbit for restoring that balance, I know a lot of Bookies that will stand on their wrong and blame the victim and wont return that money. But still they should give us an explanation of what happened. We can see that this guy has 2Fa already in his account and yet such happened. True Orbit has been showing alot of problems lately in the platform like fake odds and so on but bets being placed automatically is level.

This is great news.

@arbusers i really appreciate your efforts for the community here. This is really a very important precedent and hopefully orbit and its owners finally wake up!

good question it is. orbit who else? This case started to be very loud so I guess they decided to return his money. People getting excited about orbit sorting out this case but such situation just shouldnt happen in the first place. someone placed bets and it wasnt OP, Orbit should have be fined heavy if not revoking their license. its not like "oh it was a glitch, we are sorry" situation, it is attempting theft lets be honest thats why Im seriously worried about people cheering here his case is sorted but missing the fact that Orbit seriously fucked up and their reputation is gone. He got lucky as he posted here, other 10 people wont know about any popular forums etc and will lose their money, its a win-win situation for Orbit so they will continue behaving in such disgusting way for sure

Have a look at the other forum. There are dozens of similar cases but none of them got his money back. There is a reason why he calls it arbusers umbrella.

So there was some Orbit employee who, for whatever reason, decided to scam one of their customers. Did I read correctly between the lines?

This is the most likely explanation. But from my understanding, they did not confirm the obvious.
