Starting from today (10th October 2019) NETELLER and Skrill are increasing their p2p (money transfer) fees for all new NETELLER & Skrill accounts.
These changes affect only accounts created today or later and older accounts are not affected and will keep the same fee structure as before
Quick Notes:
- Fees for the first p2p transfer are increased to 20% (Skrill minimum 30 EUR, NETELLER minimum 30 USD fee).
- Only accounts created on/after 10th October 2019 are affected by those changes.
- All countries are affected equally by this increase.
- The increased fees can all be lifted as soon as a deposit to the Skrill or NETELLER account is made, but only through bank transfer or credit card. Other deposit
options are excluded and will not lift the fee. VIP Status can also remove the fee.
- Skrill and NETELLER clients from countries worldwide are affected.
Starting from today all new accounts will have a fee of 20% (minimum 30 EUR for Skrill / minimum 30 USD for NETELLER) on their first transfer. Those changes affect clients from all countries without any exception.
To lower or remove the fee you will have the following options now:
make deposit to your Skrill or NETELLER through bank transfer or credit/debit/virtual card – the fee will be removed to 1.45% (0.5 EUR/USD min. fee).
reach silver VIP level or higher – the fee will be completely removed from the account then.
Without increasing your account to VIP or making a deposit it is no possible anymore to lower or remove the fee.
What about different fee structures for different countries?
Not anymore. From now on those new fees apply globally to accounts from any country and there is no exception anymore.
All new Skrill and NETELLER clients will have the fee on the first transfer until they reach a higher VIP status or make a deposit to their account.

I don't see why you are complaining.
It took them more than 10 days to add more fees. This is far more than the usual week period. They are getting better.

All in all, paysafe is getting better.
It took them 32 days to announce new fees and new terms. This is an important development because usually, it takes them just a week to 10 days.

PaySafe are clowns.
When people die on the streets they raise their fees.
When people withdraw their money due to a severe and unprecedented crisis, they request for further verifications.

What they are doing with these verifications is simply to confiscate money.
