So far so good and the reports that we receive from members are overall positive.

We are in the process to get more information about PIWI247 and I can tell you this is not an easy job.blackjack wrote: ↑Mon Mar 28, 2022 4:29 pmThis product is good. It gives solutions to many problems and it sees to me that AsianConnect is the sole owner of PIWI247. Green light from me. Maybe arbusers should compile a review.

So yesterday tried to play on my usual ps38 account from Asian connect. When I tried to message, it said account suspended so contact uplink.
So contacted the support for asianconnect. They told me to sign up to their piwi247 service which includes pinnacle. I thought great. So when I got place a bet it says incorrect number entered and then I realise the max bet I can do is 3 euro. What is the point of that? The whole point of betting on pinnacle is because of the lack of limitations. I might as well bet on the normal bookies if those are the limitations.
What’s happened? Are Asianconnect now forcing their new piwi247 service on everyone because I asked them if I could switch back and they said no. I been with them around four years and never withdrew once.
Thankfully I contacted premiumtradings and they setting me up with a normal ps3838 account that I had with Asian connect.

1. They close down Orbit accounts, forcing players to move to Piwi even if they prefer Orbit
2. They promote a much worse product (Piwi) with limited bets and functionality issues
Tbh is their problem but they are loosing business, clients will go to other brokers

Exactly! That's what they are doing lately. They started to move customers from Orbit to Piwi. I suppose they have some better deals, higher commissions from them. That is totally understandable but here are two points that seam very wrong to me:

Why don't you just switch to another broker and get an Orbit account from them if AC doesn't offer it any longer. there are so many other brokers like Bet-Football, Bet in Asia, Bet-IBC. No point to use an inferior product just to stay with your current broker.alealeale wrote: ↑Tue Mar 15, 2022 8:27 am1) yes, about one month agojunoreactor wrote: ↑Mon Mar 14, 2022 3:07 pmHi, I have 2 questions.
1- did anyone else get an email from AC informing that they are closing Orbit accounts, and transferring players to Piwi?
2-did anyone try Piwi and get any bad experience? I am reading bad reviews about the service (site often offline, not reliable), and worse read about someone who had a winning bet disappear from his balance (on tennis).
2) no, so far so good, even if I'm usually a loser on exchanges so I'm not in the winners' shoes (I mean I suppose my betting patterns are ok for Piwi)

Use our referral links to get under the arbusers umbrella.
Thank you.

These are their business decisions and I m sure they have their reasoning. But, you, as a customer, should make your own decisions too, and if Orbit exchange is needed for your business, you should search for another agent. Luckily there are many agents who could take your volumes, business as usual.Joao Moreira wrote: ↑Wed Apr 06, 2022 11:38 amExactly! That's what they are doing lately. I am wondering what Pinnacle has to do with Piwi247. There is a clear sign ''Powered by Betfair'' and all the interface is a copy of Betfair (or Orbit). Could you explain where Pinnacle is in what looks to be 100% Betfair?

Re: PIWI247
I miss Orbit despite the ongoing lagging Site ,but Piwi's constant logout is horrible when you need to be fast. Furthermore the leveraged Orbit Accounts have been very useful for live Arbing, especially in lower Profile Sports/Markets

I believe the answer is simple, but indeed people are disoriented from the misconception.
When Piwi247 started was indeed powered by Pinnacle. At least, this is what their agents were saying by that time (2019-2020). Today, Piwi247 has a label informing clients they are powered by Betfair, and the interface is just like Betfair's.
Still, it is not clear who is providing the liquidity. We don't know if it is Betfair, Pinnacle or any other. I wish we could have someone from Piwi247 here to explain it. Long story short, treat it as a Betfair white label. The rest of the questions will be addressed in time.
