Hello guys @Stake has suspended my account I have my funds in it I also replied to their email but they haven't responded and now I cannot withdraw my funds from my stake account I have $1973 in my stake account I have also tried to contact their support tea email but no one is responded I'm really worried for my funds
Can anyone help me please

sanded all documents including level 4 source of income this is my personal account they suspended and lock my withdrawls and not even replaying me

Hey Ranjit, it's really bad what happened and I hope your case will be solved as soon as possible.
Since I see the screenshots are from a phone, have you ever placed a bet while connected to a Wi-Fi network other than yours? Stick to one mobile data network or Wi-Fi (home) you may have joined some Wi-Fi networks where someone else is also using Stake and then Stake flagged it for that.

i have not place any bet its a new account they suspended my account right after depositing and locked my funds unable to withdrawl

Ten days have passed, and I haven't received a reply from their support team. They rejected all the documents for silly reasons (check the screenshots). I have resubmitted more documents according to their demands, and now I am waiting and hoping for a resolution.

Did you avail any promotion when this happened? I'm a stake user myself and currently have $2000 revolving in it.
