They are absolute parasites.
They asked me to send in untold amounts of identification which is fair enough.
Send them over the past 2 weeks. Including 2 visits to my bank and this is their outcome.
How can we win if we are not allowed to. Unless we are playing slots. It's thievery.
Paul.

Small claims court and you get your money, its not that hard, unless you broke some rules. Did they say what is the reason for this ?Paul bonham wrote: ↑Mon Jul 01, 2024 4:35 pmThey are absolute parasites.

Re: This is what we are up against
Reason being. I couldn't produce a driving licence or passport, as I do not drive as partially sighted and not had a passport since covid. I did however send my national Id card.
Other reasons was on multiple occasions I beat the price on greyhound racing and this has been classed as market manipulation.
It's a disgrace. I do my homework and won but them scumbags are only interested in slots or roulette players.

Re: This is what we are up against
I can relate to you, without Betfair our hands are tied. I think our only way out is to move to Malta or Cyprus. Otherwise, you could try Brokerstorm. I have an account with them on Betnfair (powered by Betdaq) and so far I haven't had any problems with them, but I've only made two withdrawals. They're not well-regarded on this forum, but all those who complained about them actually tried to scam them. If you check the bets they posted as evidence (and I see you've been on Betfair for a long time) it will be clear to you how they did it. But, as I said, I've only withdrawn money from them twice. So far, they've been fair, but time will tell. Also, I haven't had any problems with Asianconnect agent, but they don't offer lay bets for horse racingPaul bonham wrote: ↑Mon Jul 01, 2024 5:00 pmReason being. Re: This is what we are up against
sounds like a very easy case to win in court. If I was in your place I would try the small claims court. They cant just invent reasons not to pay customers and the judge will destroy them. Do it, dont let them get away with your moneyPaul bonham wrote: ↑Mon Jul 01, 2024 5:00 pmReason being. PariMatch have a bad reputation. Try to file a complaint with UK Gambling Commission. May be that will help.
