Other brokers have similar terms as well, but not so strict as PT.
BIA: BetinAsia reserves the right to close and forfeit the balance of an account that has been inactive for 12 months or more.
AC: If an account is inactive for 12 months or longer, Asianconnect reserves the right to forfeit the outstanding balance.
SM: We do not charge any fees for Sportmarket Pro accounts but we may review accounts and close accounts that fails to reach a monthly turnover of €2,500 a couple of months in a row. Unfunded and inactive accounts will also be closed but can be reopened if you wish to start using the service again.
obviously thats intentional

Last time I bothered to check about Premium Tr. they had that rule that you need to bet 20 times your initial deposit, otherwise they charge you 10% on your withdrawals don't know why anyone would bother signing up. But of course many don't read full T&C before making a deposit.
