Hi guys,
We would like to shed some light over the problem occurred with Minas, since he blame us for being unfair:
1. He contacted us, as he mentioned via site notification and live chat
2. The moment he informed us that his Skrill account was hacked, we have suspended the betting account immediately (Betfair) and started to investigate the case. it is completely not true accusing us for causing delays in freezing the account. It is not our fault that by the time he noticed ud, the customer placed some bets which were settled later as losing ones.
3. The betting account belongs to a new customer, who sent us her passport, as requested. (we are gladly cooperating with skrill fraud team and are able to forward them this passport copy)
4. This customer deposited through our automatic system, with a Skrill email that DOES NOT carry different name then the customer's name, hence didn't raise any suspicion,
5. The first thing we have done after blocking the betting account was to contact Skrill anti-fraud and suspending the access of the customer to our transactions systems.
6. Once Skrill notified us that the account was actually hacked and it is replaced by a new safe account, we have refunded all available funds to this account, and notified the customer.
We doubt if we could have acted differently, and we don't think we need to pay from our pocket because the customer's Skrill account was hacked.
There is a reason why we don't accept credit/ debit cards on the site- we rather deal with Skrill and NETELLER, which are providing safer environment (we do recommend getting tokens!).
We, from our side, ask for passport copies and screen shots of the accounts, and have every transaction recorded through mail (not Skype, as it can easily get hacked !).
Nevertheless, if you have additional suggestions, which will not damage the betting experience with us, we are always happy to hear!
Regards,

this story is weird. who in their right mind would go through the trouble of creating a PT-account in some else's name, hacking someone else's Skrill, and start placing bets with someone else's money without apparently making any attempt to withdraw any of it. it makes no sense.

She register via my email? If not, why you accept money for different emails? Is this your fault? Is this a fault that cost another person money?
If you are a reliable site why your verification is not work properly?
You deny that all this start from a "hole" to your system as Arbusers notice on a previous post?
And finally if you where professionals, you wouldn t put the blame on others, you would pay this "mistake" and of course find a solution in order to avoid similar situations and make your clients feel safe.Because right now they aren t, this is my opinion! They way that you handle this issue could a lethal blow for you reliability, this is my opinion again!

SHE sent you her passport, as requested, as you said. Then find HER!!! Or you tell us that your verification is useless. What is the point of verification??premiumtradings wrote: Hi guys,

using skrill but not having a skrill token for me is a capital sin (for skrill as well, they say over and over they do not refund unless you have a token). it's free, it's safe, you should have ordered it. take this one up the chin and move on; PT did nothing wrong here and are not in the business of handing out presents.
Re: Skill - Premium Tradings reliable? Lost 2.495 euro and give me back only 860!!
i disagree. as i said, it's a weird story, but assuming everything happened as described, i don't see where PT went wrong. it's a dangerous world out there; if you get hacked (by a weird hacker, who apparently wasn't interested in your money, but just wanted to place a few bets... weird weird weird), you can't expect everyone else to be responsible. it's not their mistake, it's yours.minas wrote: And finally if you where professionals, you wouldn t put the blame on others, you would pay this "mistake"

This is not really PTs fault, or Skrills fault.
Skrill operates a secure token, which the OP should have obtained when having 4 figures in there. Also if your email was hacked, along with your Skrill password due to a virus or carelessness, then what can Skrill do to stop a transaction that to them looks perfectly normal as you are an arber using bookies?

Re: Skill - Premium Tradings reliable? Lost 2.495 euro and give me back only 860!!
One moment guys. There is no virus carelessness.I am only using my work PCs, all of them have virus protections etc.I do everything that all you do in order to keep your accounts safe.I don't use Skrill as a main e-wallet that why my balance isn't big there. Is my fault that I didn't have security token. But still, PT didn't said that this persons account has my email. And I think we have different emails because I did not receive any emails from PT(register or deposit) but I receive Skrill transfer email. If he/she deleted tha PT email he/she would deleted Skrill email too.
So why PT accept money from email that they aren't clients of them?
And what is the point of verification if they had a photo of a useless or fake or ( I don't know ) password?

"Dear Sir,
We are sorry that your Skrill account was hacked and it caused you some inconvenience, but with all the respect, we don't understand why you accuse us for this.
The moment you contacted us and explained the situation, the betting account was suspended.
Unfortunately, some of the money was already placed on losing bets.
It is completely not true saying that we responded after 3 days- we initiated a contact with Skrill anti-fraud team and it took them 3 days to complete their investigation, (again, meanwhile the betting account was suspended).
Once Skrill notified us that your account was replaced with a new email and it is safe to transfer the money there- we have refunded all available funds to your account.
It is true that you are not one of our customers, but the other guy (the one who probably hacked your Skrill account) was a customer of ours and even sent us a passport copy (obviously we have now excluded him from the service).
The Skrill account used didn't raise any suspicion as it is not carrying any name and you can't expect us to act differently.
We suggest next time that you will use strict measurements to keep your PC environment secured.
You can even get a token from Skrill to prevent such cases.
We will post this answer as respond to your accusations and we believe that although you are trying to cause us damage, forum members can spot that the blame is not on our side.
Regards,
PremiumTradings team"

I think the fraudster used betfair to 'lose' some money, he didn't need to withdraw.vinciguerra wrote:i disagree. as i said, it's a weird story, but assuming everything happened as described, i don't see where PT went wrong. it's a dangerous world out there; if you get hacked (by a weird hacker, who apparently wasn't interested in your money, but just wanted to place a few bets... weird weird weird), you can't expect everyone else to be responsible. it's not their mistake, it's yours.minas wrote: And finally if you where professionals, you wouldn t put the blame on others, you would pay this "mistake"

I commented on PT, ''easy deposits/withdrawals'' in the past, you can deposit from a friends account to your personal and even withdraw to another friends.
Its convinient but here it is now backfiring

I use a different email for Skrill as a precaution.pedro wrote: The solution is very simple.
PT should only accept Skrill deposits from the same email as the user's registered one.

PT should only accept Skrill deposits from the same email as the user's registered one OR the one that the user specified upon registration (has to be verified/confirmed).

It makes sense if the "hacker" went on betfair markets with 0 turnover (e.g. half-time correct score at lithuania 2nd division or something like that) and placed unreasonable bets at unreasonable odds (half-time score 2-2 at 1,01) with the intention to lose. These bets could be matched by the hackers other account and would have the effect of the "chip dumping". I don't think betfair really cares when this happensvinciguerra wrote: this story is weird. who in their right mind would go through the trouble of creating a PT-account in some else's name, hacking someone else's Skrill, and start placing bets with someone else's money without apparently making any attempt to withdraw any of it. it makes no sense.

aren't you in danger of a bot snapping up your money before you could if you tried that tactic?sportoboy wrote:It makes sense if the "hacker" went on betfair markets with 0 turnover (e.g. half-time correct score at lithuania 2nd division or something like that) and placed unreasonable bets at unreasonable odds (half-time score 2-2 at 1,01) with the intention to lose.
