Hi,
I am thinking of arbitrage with sharp bettors like pinnacle from Azerbaijan. Most of the bookmakers accept Azerbaijan. that's okay. I deleted sites like 1xbet and mostbet from my head. There is no betting tax in Azerbaijan anyway, betting on foreign websites is prohibited. I take the commissions into consideration. I'm just thinking of quitting now before I almost start arbitrage. because I have a budget of 5000 and I thought I would earn 1000 per week with this money, but as I read the forum I am confused. Someone else wrote that I have 20,000 money and I am thinking of making 1000 per month. What??? how does that happen. With 3% arb you are already making 150 profit with 1/4 of your money. If you do it 6 times in an average week, you will make 900 profit. I just want someone to tell me, How much can I earn per week with 5000 coins?
Will the betting site confiscate my money because I did arbitrage?

@sako I believe your thoughts are confused a little bit and you need to clear them out to a path you could follow.
What a guy from the UK reports, doesn't mean that it is valid for someone from Italy or Azerbaijan. Different countries have different circumstances. Of course you can understand the general way of thinking, but don't think there is a one fits all solution.
In your shoes, I would start by compiling a list of all reliable bookmakers that accept clients from Azerbaijan. Then I would count my options with sharps and exchanges, and then I would see what I could do with all these.
I understand that you are a newbie in this arena, and that is why I am not discussing here about more sophisticated tactics.
Hope this helps.
P.S: You must read-read-read before you start. I am afraid there is no other way.

Thank you very much for your response. I almost haven't read anything about arbitrage in 2 weeks. Just what some people say is, I have $ 10,000 and I'm thinking of making $ 1000 a month. This is very confusing for me. According to my calculations, it is as follows. I have $ 5,000 and I plan to earn 10,000 per month from this job. Of course if betting sites do not cause problems

You can't consider arbing as a conventional investment, there are several surprises every day: potential error
of yours due to hurry, software comparator errors, second leg dropping before you close the arb, sudden bookie limits, soft stake limit, low sharp bookie liquidity and so on...at least in my country this is how it works.
If those numbers were true why lots of people would quit arbing these days?

It seems you calculated compound interest of those 5000sako wrote: Can you please clarify? can you briefly tell me where I went wrong? By the way, I included the withdrawal periods

Here's the thing - you can't place 5,000 euros/dollars per arb most of the times. The bookmakers don't have so many customers that place such large bets, so they will spot you immediately. And the majority of the markets that bookmakers offer don't have such big limits anyway.
Lower your expectations and read more before you start. Good luck.

With no experience and a 5000 budget, you could make maybe 2000 a month if you placed many large bets of 1000+. But you will also experience voids, mistakes etc
If you were to limit your bets to say 200 whilst you learn and gain experience, a more realistic figure would be maybe 400-600 a month, but you will still face voided bets and make mistakes, voided bets especially if you only go for 3% plus arbs

3% voided bets ?? I don't know what decent soft bookie cancels those%, it should be 15% upwards depending on the bet.
Anyway, it is not necessary to make bets of a thousand or even to put money in, try to reach the markets and see how the bookie behave, but it will depend on how easy you want it.

Re: Will the betting site confiscate my money because I did arbitrage?
In general, russian sites to me are kinda unreliable. I opened account in sbobet. I didnt like the interface and the system in general. I quit with that site. Maybe i'm biased bc of 1xbet.apoel81 wrote:Mate, internet is full of complaints regarding 1xbet.sako wrote: I'm confused after the article you wrote about 1xbet yesterday. My plan is that after 1 week of making money with 1xbet, I want to withdraw all my money from 1xbet and continue with another betting site. I think what you mean is problems when you earn money for a long time. If you make money and withdraw money often, I think it's a problem
1xbet can steal you whenever they want, either after 1 bet or after 1 year, it doesn't really matter.
They may pay you if amount is small but the risk isn't worth, there are high chances you will have your account locked and if you are lucky you will get your deposits back.
